Colors are great. I wish I could do lips like that. I'm never really sure how to do the color for those and get them looking right.

I feel though the third one is a little bit flashy considering what she's doing. Something about that color of blue against the purple makes me think she's a little too dressed up to be doing hard labor and carrying around a big heavy bucket. If she was doing anything else, it'd be a lot more believable to me. Compare to the first one where the simpler blue and white seems more work-appropriate.

The middle one is my favorite and I love the extra detail you painted on the apron.

Have you considered putting pins up through the legs to reinforce them?

Probably a good idea. But you can just wait until the figure breaks then fix it by drilling into the broken legs and through the feet to pin it to the base. I have done this several times with broken figures.

First of all, great work.  Dilvish Daughter is in the midst of painting up a village worth of villagers, and I can see her being interested.  These figures are now being filed away as gift ideas.

The fancy dress is easily explained.  Perhaps it is a festival day, and it warrants dressing up.  Or perhaps she is trying to catch the attention of a village lad as she goes to retrieve water from the village well.  Or she is trying to catch the attention of the nobleman's son and once she gets him alone, she will reveal her true stripes as an assassin hired by a rival family and pull a dagger from the bucket, attempting to complete her contract.

Plenty of explanations.

Very nice paintwork on all three. I'm also quite liking your colour choices on them.

I've never seen those sculpts before. Not familiar with the company either. However I think the sculpture did an excellent job of conveying the weight of the bucket by the posture he's given that third mini.

I think all three sculpts are very well done. Any idea who the sculptor is?

@Citrine, Love the paint jobs. It's neat seeing someone paint miniatures from Fenryll. I have several from their line and I agree with you about the thinness of the figures. I have one where the foot already broke and all I did was open the blister and put it on my table. Pin and superglue helped to put the foot back on. So there is always that. ^__^
