I've been following this project, It's awesome.

You're building a fantasy world with a little dark whacky twist.

Consider me a fan!

Great work!

More wonderful models!  I do rather like Rapunzel.

Thanks, vegascat. I'm glad you like them. The Faerie isn't Rapunzel, just a local lunatic...I bought a couple of possible minis, but I haven't figure out which one will be her.

Super is the only word......

Thanks, knarthex. That's a nice word for the stuff.

Thanks once more, Xherman! The strange, dark, twisted, & especially silly parts are just extensions on my personality I suppose. It seems like the World is building itself at times, & I'm just an active observer to the process.

Actually I consider you a friend.

Pure Malefactus goodness. Now I need to go look at part 2.....

Thanks, KruleBear...I think your Avatar would get on well with The Faerie. I'm glad you like it & I hope you'll enjoy Part II.

Here's a group portrait of some random minis I painted over February. The happy, green fellow in the middle is from Impact Miniatures recast of Oldhammer goblins. He is flanked by a couple of killer rabbits from a recently fulfilled kickstarter by Skull and Crown. The paint jobs don't do these a bit of justice. They are great and I'm likely to give them a repaint some time in the future. And up front are some Dark Hold kobolds from Rebel Miniatures. I absolutely love the scale of these little guys.

Anyhow, that's it for the January/February RPChallenge for me. I enjoyed sharing a bunch of minis which otherwise may have went into storage without ever being seen by anyone but me.

I like to imagine this guy drew the short straw and was forced to carry the rest of the horde's hoard after they ate their pack animal.

Here's a group of kobolds from Rebel Miniatures' Dark Hold line that I recently picked up during a kickstarter. They are fantastically tiny. They're about the size I picture a kobold to be when compared to a 28mm mini. I quick painted these guys while painting something large. Whenever I paint a really big piece I also like to be working on something in the opposite direction. And these are about the smallest things I've got.

I made these three guys out of my bits box. The bodies and arms are Wargames Factory Vikings, the heads and weapons are from various other sources. The Wargames Factory bits have rather shallow detail, so I didn't spend too much time painting them. I figure they'll make good village militia and/or bandits. Background figures whose job is to take up space and get killed by either the heroes or the orcs.
