Reapercon 16 Rooms and Rides

I took off Thurs and Friday and I think half the day on Wednesday. But I need to check. I work pretty close to the airports (close for Texas and the metroplex) so I can most likely shuttle some folks to their hotels. I have a mini-van and can pick up 3 or 4 folks and still have room enough for luggage. Once folks get settled I plan to attend the Meet & Greet at 6 pm so I can also provide a ride for a few folks to the M&G.  I'll check today to see exactly what time off I put in for.  Time off verified.

 

*** btw, I will state now that I do not accept tips, donations, or payments for rides. It's mutually beneficial, you get a cheap ride, I get to make new friends. Save you monies for vendors!***

DFW OR DAL?

Dilvish and I get into DAL at 3pm Wednesday. ..

In the interest of not having you wait around the airport forever, I don't believer that Knarthax lands until 3pm. By the time that he disembarks, traverses the terminal (never been to Love Field so I have no idea how long that takes) and gets his luggage it will likely be closer to 3:30pm. I land at 2:20 so I should have everything scoped out by then. And by scoped out, I mean have found the bar and a Shiner Bock while waiting for him to arrive.

Anyone else coming into LOVE FIELD around 1pm on Thursday and want to share a ride? I booked the earliest non-stop flight leaving Las Vegas on Thursday so I could get in as soon as possible w/o having to stay the night and increase expenses for the trip.

Leaving HGI for DFW round 3 to 330 on Monday morning so I had to ask.

We could be convinced to leave HGI between 3 and 3:30 am on Monday if you need a ride. We are heading home to Northern Virginia by way of New Orleans, Florida, and South Carolina (Spartan race the following Sat) and were planning to head out early. We wanted the option to stop and see things on the way. We normally get up at that time for work anyway so no big deal.

A note to everyone arriving by plane, you should allow time for flight delays, baggage claim, maybe even longer for we international visitors.
