Awesome!  I loved following your WIP thread and its really turned out amazing!

Just took a look at the Dragon King, holy hanna, that's a huge model!!!  While looking at that, I saw a link for the Lonely Tree expansion.  Man, I'd love to get all of the Lonely Tree expansion one day.

In any case, looking forward to seeing more of your painting!

I uh....always imagined them less horrific.  You did a delightful job on the fell thing though.  The colors stand out well.

Yeah I've got no idea where I'm going to store all these gigantic minis when they're finished.

Well done! A wonderful job on something truly disturbing (especially the erm....tail end!), great work on the base also!

Do not fear the butt-hole, embrace it!

The Beasty surpassed all the potential your W.I.P. Thread promised. It is a BEAUTIFULLY painted, WONDERFULLY based treasure. VERY WELL DONE!

Great job! Make sure to enter it into the 2016 large non-reaper figure contest.

As far as pics go, perhaps take it out of the light box, put it near a wall and put your backdrop on the wall with removable tape or putty. Then you'll be able to take wider shots of it and be able to get better light on it.

It's so cool! I really like the colour palette you chose for it.

I like ub3r's suggestion for re-taking pics, I think it'll do you a lot of justice to get better lighting on it!

A little while ago, I got a full set of metallic paints in vibrant primary colors.  I immediately felt like there was huge potential to this- you could use them to add all sorts of extra depth and interest to True Metallic techniques.
And one of the things that struck me was the idea that you could use them for feathers.  With many birds, feathers already have a sort of metallic shine to them, so it isn't too crazy to consider using true metallic techniques to express this.
While I initial was afraid that it would be hard to keep the phoenix from looking inanimate -like a bronze statue of a bird, rather than a bird.  To my surprise, I didn't have to do a lot of corrections for this, since the mini really never was in much danger of looking too inorganic.

Presenting the Rawhide Dame, she's a pin-up from Kingdom Death.

Not some of my best work, I made a bit of a mess painting her skin, but overall I don't think she's too bad.

Presenting Veteran Spigot, a player for the Brewers Guild in the game Guild Ball.
This mini represents the mid-point of his character arc, where he has realised how much damage the Brewers Guild drinking culture is doing to him and, with a little help from his friends, manages to get off the sauce.

Had a lot of fun painting this one, not only is it a really nice mini, it's covered in those fat stitches I love painting.

I needed a large Roc for my upcoming D&D game, so I painted the new Bones 4 Roc in a traditional scheme.  Nothing really fancy; just a large bird that wants to pick you up and take you back to its nest to feed you alive to its young.

Presenting the Leather Queen, a Pin-up version of the Leather Armoured Survivors from Kingdom Death, hopefully she's wearing just enough to not need a nudity link.

I'm pretty out of practice painting Pin-ups so she's a little rough around the edges, and I never could figure out a way to make her hair look like hair, but at least it's another one finally finished.
