ub3r_n3rd
It's a day away from April, so I figured I might as well start up the April 2016 Goals thread. This month, my goals are: Paint up an High Elf Ranger for my new PC Paint up a wolf companion for my new Ranger Work on Dynamic Lenore, with floating base - This has morphed into a vignette with a secondary figure and a sculpted tree, I'd like to finish this month. Work on an exchange that I'm doing on the side. Work on another Vignette that will feature a chase - Figure is scheduled to arrive today (March 31st) Paint Toad Form for party druid - will get to it later in the month if I can Paint Dire Boar Form for party druid - will get to it later in the month if I can Paint up giant spider for party druid - will get to it later in the month if I can What are YOUR goals for the month of April? hammer570
Your party druid seems to get a lot of your attention, but I suppose for you that's not a bad thing..... Could it be that the Enabler Himself is being enabled!? ;) My goals for April are: Hold myself to a very high standard for Nocturna's Alice, perhaps even foray into sculpting and more elaborate basing to create a diorama, so this will probably eat up the majority of my time. Hopefully start and finish Bones' Ogre Chieftain (I think that's the nomenclature, but seem to have misplaced the blister pack and just have the loose parts on my desk) Go back and rebase some of my earlier works.

The animals/creatures that I speed paint up for it will double as random encounters that we face along the way so we'll have figures to represent them in this and future campaigns, double duty figures are nice to have around. Mierot
My goals for April: Work on my 54mm orc shaman. Finish at least one other miniature. March was very painting light.
CashWiley
Still looking like no mini painting this month. Both classes wrapping up in the middle of the month, have to submit stuff for the art show. Probably will have to finish the portrait at home, doubtful I'll have time in class with all that's left to finish! Might be some possibility toward the end of the month to get in some mini painting, though.

Sergeant_Crunch
I'd like to finish the Dictator I started, just matching the existing scheme in my force. Bonus accomplishment would be the Bones Kobolds I started right after RCon 2014. Extra bonus will be straightening my wave 2 CAV stuff. Super extra bonus will be basing the wave 2 CAV stuff.
Vil-hatarn
Just two goals for me...and even these might be optimistic with the semester ending in early May. But now that we've finally furnished the game room, it's time to fully unpack and reorganize all my hobby stuff and take inventory of what needs to be replaced (e.g. the ten-year-old green stuff that hasn't been used in five years). My main goal for the month, however, is to complete the next draft of CAV 2.M so it's ready before CAVCon in May July.

buckyball
I am straight up planning on 4 minis. I might eek out one additional one IF the resolutionary challenge is easy this month. But I am much too busy to paint any more than the mandatory minimum this month. buckyball
TGP
I didn't get to do the foolsguild thing and there is this idea that I have wanted to try for years. So, there is that. Paint something in the terrain category. Maybe finish some half-started things to round out the RPC.
haldir
This month I wanna complete 1 or 2 car models. Hoping that workin on those will help pull me back into doing miniatures. The last couple days I've sprayed primer & basecoats on parts. It may be simple but it's something that I haven't done since last June/July. I did have a minor setback when clipping a hood off a sprue. When the part got clipped it took a noticeable gauge out at the top thanks to the connection point was a large point. Should have been smaller or in a less conspicuous spot!! I did send for a part replacement (even told them why I needed the part in the first place!! Thou I should have waited as I didn't notice the kit is missing a license plate holder...sigh, The kit is the Starsky & Hutch Gran Torino kit from Revell. They give you the rear plate but they don't have a spot on the front bumper for one (no holes, nothing!!) but the decal has 2 plates & the real ride used 2. I'll probably ask some guys on anther forum that are making racer with the kit & don't need the plate. Hoping for the best!!
Kharsin
Just to keep painting! LOL! Maybe finish 2-3 more Space Wolves and get some more practice in on this pile of minis I have in the corner...
Rob Dean
I lost access to my work space for most of this weekend while replacement windows were installed around the house. The "glass half full" version of this is that I cleaned up the space considerably, but still want to do some more as long as it's that close. An organizational reset wouldn't be painting, but might enable more painting later... Anyway, still six knights and last month's unit to finish basing. Two new units plus the completion sounds like a good goal...
