Any chance we can get Daler & Rowney inks?

How about a rich text editor...?

The ability to take and store pictures along with my sets...?

Wonderful app, absolutely worth more than I paid for it.

Thanks!

Eventually, I expect. After the next major update which will add advanced filtering. Wash/Ink-only paint lines wouldn't work with Color Tools right now.

Rich Text editor - I can add that to the request list.

Adding pictures to sets is relatively easy. The hard issue is backing up the images as I'm sure people wouldn't want to re-associate them if they move phones. This requires infrastructure, ongoing costs, and so on. I was hoping to be able to link them to the user's Google Photos folder or something, but haven't found any way to do that yet. Bottom line is it's definitely on our radar.

I finally decided to buy the app (first app purchase ever!) ::D:. It made me realize I have several hundred different colours. ::o:

Bug?: I don't know if it's only on my tablet or not, but when I do a search, the touch keyboard won't go away and I can't scroll all the way down a page.

On my feature wish list for the "decision impaired" would be a way to randomly choose a group of colours like in the CMPA Three color challenge and Rainbow Dragon challenge. Of course, the option to have more or less colours, primary/secondary/miscellaneous/etc., and filtering in/out metallics, inks, primers/mediums or whatnot would also be nice. I'm imagining it being a function in the Sets tab.

I am all for this, so much for this. Pretty sure @Cyradis would be too. Currently I've been using a list randomizer which required manual input of my 500+ paints.

You should be able to press the back button and the keyboard will disappear. That's the normal Android way, at least...

I had other requests at ReaperCon for the random generator thing. Could be a fun pro feature!

It certainly is! This is the the results from the Random Rainbow Challenge so far:

I will be doing one of these, and after that I will be randomizing my entire paint collection to do Ma'al Drakar.

^^ those would be great! I think SirLarpsaLot posted the code he made for randomizing his CMPA challenge, and said it was pretty easy. His was very broad. But if we could load up a certain set ourselves and tell it to choose X number of the paints? Would be rockin'.

Pez and Cranky are right. I also agree it would be splendid to be able to sort whether we're looking at metallics, inks, primers/mediums etc. The metallics are visually easy with the shiny stripe, but they are mixed in. I may have it as part of the library options "look at all, metallics, nonmetallics, inks... etc" but wouldn't be picky as to the mechanism.

Hooray, it works!

I blame missing the obvious by trying to do it before bed time with my brain half-asleep.

I figured I wouldn't be the only one who wanted something like this.

It beats exporting the list and find a randomizing formula, or using a dart board, or rolling dice (even though as a gamer, it would be natural).

It would be nice to have the Scale 75 paint lines added. Right now the line isn't huge like the Reaper MSP range. So it's not difficult to manage. But it would still be nice to add my collection of Scale 75 paints to the app.

It's in the app right now. But they don't use the standard product barcode scheme, so you can't just scan the barcode to enter the paint. But you can manually enter the Scale75 paints just fine (they're grouped by sets).

Something I haven't tried yet, but am curious about.

Does the bar code scanner work on retail paint sets? Like the Reaper triads, or LTPK, or the Privateer Press paint sets(ex: Cygnar Colors) and so on? Scan the box code, and all listed paints get updated by +1.

The only sets I've had since starting to use the app have been Scale75.

But it's a question I'm interested in hearing the answer to as well.

Not currently, no. It's only per bottle.

Entered the triads into sets this past weekend and discovered the following were missing from the app:

9215 Matte Additive

9216 Drying Retarder

9105 Sparkling Purple.

I'm sure that there will be more this weekend as I picked up the Black Friday paint special & will be getting those added in.

Ahh....  I had the visibility of most of the paint lines turned off. I vaguely remember doing that when I first bought the app and the only paints I had at the time was Reaper. In the intervening time from then to now CO has added more paint lines that I had not manually turned off the visibility. Thus my confusion. Adjusting the settings resolved my issue.
