None of these have been up for sale any where as of yet and I am not sending any to anyone other than the caster.

I will send my attorney to represent me in acquiring this figure. Ub3r, knock on his door.

I like Andy, he looks like a big Norseman and is a very cool and pleasant person!

Then he should be completely familiar with, nay, even welcoming, a Viking doorknocker.

So... I checked my mailbox yesterday and was sorely disappointed to NOT find one of these in there...

***Ah, but did you pledge for the Kickstarter that the unmodified one was part of????*** <_<

Wait, what?

MY BAD!

I thought that the original was in a recent CT based kickstarter....

Because that KS used the name "Terror Bird" and the pic looks similar to the one being sculpted here....

And I spent the money for that Terror Bird thinking it was this Terror Bird.....

The only Kickstarter I could find on Google associated with "Terror Bird" was that scammy con artist one from a couple of years back. What was this?

(Amusingly, typing "Connecticut" -- the full word -- into Google gets you hits for "CT scan".)

I started a third variant this weekend.  This is another version of a running one.  I swapped the legs and cut and repositioned the neck and head. Then I sculpted feathers into the thighs and fixed a flaw on the back.  I also under pinned its neck.

On the erect one I added putty to the beak and sanded it into shape.

For the nest, I made an armature of a chick and started it's skull.

I expect to be done with all of these by the end of the week.

But I will use them as the scary predators like those in 10.000 B.C. ( ok cheesy movie, but still popcorn fun)

Such pretty pretty birdies!!!

And ooooooh don't take this wrong ::(: but it looks like he's standing/taking a step instead of running/in full motion.

I'll still buy him though. And the rest. These are marvelous sculpts.

That was my thought too....  To me he looks like he is about to fall on his face.  My first thought was that his legs need a deeper bend at the knee joint. Or one of the feet needs to be mid-stride / in the air. Outside of that, these are really cool sculpts. And a super unique set of figures.

"Advancing" would be a better term for it.  It would be difficult to make it look like it was running without having one foot raised, but that would make for a fairly weak mini.
