Currently 132 miniatures so $0.90 per miniature

18 of these are large miniatures (10 KS Exclusives)

That's not including the scenery and everything else

It's a win, win situation.....we know CMON deliver even if you didn't want the game. Selling just the miniatures at $1 would make you profit, and the larger KSE would go for more.

When it gets to this stage I just go in, as there's no loss to me.

A related question to the campaign - the coloured base rings used in this and Z:BP do we know if they are going to retail. Are there companies that sell a similar thing? Can think of so many alternative uses for them outside of showing which character you are

WoW...I really like a minis in this...

sigh....I really need to stop...serously people...stop making such awesome stuff.  I need some time to rest my wallet!

Sarah is not a Kickstarter exclusive so she will no doubt be in a box set later on.

I like the name tremendously and it seems very appropriate: it means Princess.

It is also in keeping with Zoe the Dwarf, Azrael the High Elf and Myriam the Witch.  These are all Proper names with appropriate ancient Hebrew meanings.

I have honestly never been a big fan of fantasy names which are made up.  They take me out of the story.  I like the creative use of existing proper names which, used in the context of a fantasy setting, release the evocative significance of those actual names, which we tend to take for granted.

That's the truth.   And still 18 more days.  I'm holding out but won't be surprised if I go in on this one.

Sarah isn't a bad name... In Dragonlance, Laurana was an elf, and it was just short for Lauranthasala (I am sure I spelled that wrong). So I would just say she is called Sarah, because her non-elf compatriots lack the sophisticated vocal ability to pronounce a real elven name...

The sculpt is nice. Not my favorite, only because its doesn't scream "female" to me... Now I am not saying the mini needs big "bewbs!" to be female. But the only thing that is truly different between this and the male elf is the hair. Probably realistic, sure, but I think it would have been more apparent if no helmet, or maybe open face visor... Elves are pretty androgynous to begin with...

Still really like the mini... Its another that I wish there was an option to get 10 of... Just like the other elf... I would make an elven unit for pathfinder encounters or such.

I disagree. It's doubtful that Gandalf would have the same character impact if he was named Randy, or Worf and Spock would be better as Steve and William. The made up names help sell the idea that the characters are from a disparate culture. Sometimes these names can go too far or become unwieldy, but it's part of the fun. Using common names in fantasy can come off as comedic, as in Tim the Enchanter. A human character named Sarah would be fine. Nobody would bat an eye. For an elf it sounds odd. In Lord if the Rings Eowyn might have gotten away with being called Sarah but not Arwen.
