I added a few bad guys this morning. The Sea Hag and two Kelpies.

they look good (a bit out of focus).   I think a light touch of light blue to the highlights on the sea hag might be good to help it appear as if it was underwater.  The white is a bit stark in the photos and implies above water to me.

I'm going to try to work these into a D&D campaign, I think. In the meantime the kids love playing with them.
