77333: Mountain Troll and Mega Miniatures dogs

I painted up the Bones 2 Mountain Troll, and also recently did speed paints of two Mega MIniatures dog miniatures since one of the players in my D&D game seems to like using Summon Nature's Ally spells to summon dogs to help, and I wanted to have a couple of them painted for our next game.

I thought maybe beagle too.

 

Doberman is probably right: what I thought was tail was leg when I zoomed in.

My first toughts were Beagle and Dobermann or Beauceron.

For some reason I have those confused with Bassett hounds.

Pingo, I think you are correct.  It is a bassett hound, not a bloodhound.  When I painted that one I googled bloodhound and I picked out one of the photos that came up, but now that I googled both, it seem that it is a bassett hound.

Looks like a good, convincing paint job of that dog color pattern.
