So what about the Stackers?

 

I have asked the factory to give me an updated quote on a multi-cavity mold for the 2x2" Stacker. My hope at this point is that we can unlock that Stacker, and...

 

This is why I was anxious to get at least an initial lock-down picture.

 

Once we have the shipping sorted we will get the Stacker added to the Pledge Manager, and include it in the same update.

I'll definitely have to add some also, but I'm not too sure how many I'd need if they are only making the 2x2". Might take quite a few. Hopefully they will have an update with examples of what 4, 8 or 12+ 2x2" stackers can make.

I want stackers, but the shipping cost may well deny me them.

I want to point out that we have made further adjustments to the PM, as announced in todays Update which should affect AU and NZ backers.

 

This shipping thing has been a LONG process, and discovering everything wasn't resolved when we thought it was has been an education!

Interestingly, if I try to use this pledge manager straight after the base boss or cav one it won't recalculate. It appears to be a multi session issue as it works if I remember to log out of the other one first. So for anyone who can't recalculate logging out and back in may be the solution.

I believe this would qualify as a problem that would require you to email us with the details we asked for if you had problems.

so I don't know if your email was among the 3-4 we received, but with all of the data we got, we did find an error in our math and got it sorted out.

 

If you haven't already paid, you should be able to log out/back in and recalculate to proper rates. You might have to remove an item, restore an item to see it.

 

If you've already paid we need to talk partial refund and such.

 

I understand what you were trying to do, but it's actually far easier for us to see the multiple data points in our inbox than here, or than in KS comments (like some people do). We really do want to fix these things when they come up, so please please communicate with us if you have any problems.

Right now it's only the 2"xx" (1" high) stackers, but if response si high enough, we might be able to add other sizes!
