They just posted a new update and things are still running on schedule. Can't beat that news. There was also a bit of a surprise about the original sculpts. I'm not a stickler for exact measurements but It's good they found and fixed it before the molds were made.

Because resin is imprecise, I made a point of checking every single master cast that we were sending to China -- and noticed that they were all just a wee, tiny bit off. And that's when I discovered that Klaus had done all of the work in MM, which was very close but not quite true to the inches conversion. This meant that every single piece required some additional sculpting.

I like the X Mini speaker in the shot. Bought some of those a few years back for gifts.

I just happened to think of this today and finally locked mine in. I dialed it way back from where I thought I'd be (though still spent more than I really wanted) to what I thought would be essential for me:

Bridge Set x3

SW Core Set x2

Orc Warrens x1

Track Set x2

Tried mainly for broad strokes, I guess. I went back and forth on the risers but ultimately decided that for what I'll ever want at the table I'd be just as happy sticking something already sitting around the house underneath anything I want elevated.

Really hated passing on the paint and minis, as the deals were great, but.

      Hi chums!

This is the latest Kickstarter project, expanding our fantasy range this time, and bringing light to the ones we have that might not have been noticed. Along with some super cool female minis, we have some brand new scenics too, and a whole bunch of add on bundles.
I'll post more on the lead up, but for now if you're interested, could you click the "notify me" on the pre launch page and it will help the algorithms, and you know algorithms are the new gods!

A new kickstarter from Crooked Dice. I've been following the publicity for this and it really appeals to me. Lots of very colourful figures and most of them are a nice change from the usual predictable gun-toting heavies. I've collected plenty of Crooked Dice figures over the years and always been very pleased with the quality.

      Story
Welcome everyone to the Kickstarter campaign for Sun & Moon. Two highly detailed 1:20 scale (90mm) resin kits  cast in high quality resin. Sun Is roughly 100mm to the top of his head!
Sun & Moon comparisment: Sun stands at nearly 100mm!!!
This has been the project that has been the longest in the works and also our most expensive one to date! We could really use your help to bring these two kits onto the market so we do hope that you like what you see and will be able to back us and help us spread the word! :)
      Story
Many years back, the idea to do some themed knights popped into my head and out of all of those, Sun & Moon were the ones that really stuck and kept coming back in my thoughts.  The idea to do two characters that are opposites of each other in every way really appealed to me.
      Sun
You have the Sun Knight, devout follower of the Sun God, a fiery and strong warrior with everything about him representing his deity. I can just see him painted in bright and warm colours that embody the very essence of the Sun!
      Moon
And then you have the Moon Knight, a cool and brooding figure that operates under the cover of darkness, guided by the wisdom of the Moon Goddess. Very much a deadly warrior in her own right! Painted in moody hues that represent the colours that only moonlight can shower the world in.

Nice models and one of the SG is a 20% discount on the Kimera Colors range (They will open a pre-order for their "almost-impossible-to-buy" colors at the end of April)
