Secret Weapon - Tablescapes Dungeons: Mines

Recommended Posts

Still no mines or word of mines here. Expecting to be the last out the door. Which is okay, I guess.

is there anyone you know that can go pick it up and keep it safe?

No. Maybe I got lucky and the carrier left it at the back of the house. I’ll find out soon; fingers crossed!

Edit: ha! It was still there, what luck!

Mine(s) arrived yesterday at last.  I can finally stop jumping up every time a delivery truck rumbles by.  Already painted  the two sets of bridges I got.  Really like them and don’t mind the warping of the flexible plastic.  It’s kind of appropriate really.

Now starting to work on the two sets of cart tracks.  Younger digit is helping and painted one of the mine carts and can’t help play with the tracks as they dry.

Yes, I agree about the bridge warping.  I purposefully didn't un-warp my bridges either as I liked the ramshackle may-fall-apart-at-any-minute way it made the bridges look.

nope, there's two in my receipt from the PM, so they sent the right thing. I just don't know why I did that.

Multiple cages? That is why I ordered multiples.

might be!

I'm trying to figure out how to build one of them now. are you supposed to glue the top and leave the door unglued, or glue the door and leave the top loose?

I am not totally sure. I haven't done more than just dry fit and inventory my pledge.

I glued the cage and door together and left the top unglued.  I found the cage to be a little short, so figured I could fit more types of figures in it if i could simply remove the roof.

A small STL KS for 10 CA$. The first stretch goal has already been unlocked. It's a bit over the place (cheesecake, dwarves, grungs), but the models look nice and the price is good.

150 miniatures and counting! $109 base pledge.
By the Sadler Brothers (Descent, Gears of War, Mansions of Madness). "Roll to resolve" dice mechanic with some HeroQuest nostalgia. Playthrough videos explain the rules well.

Miniatures are unpainted, but here's a painted pic by one of the designers and painter...

Just ran across this. I’m not familiar with the company, but they seem pretty established in the historical line. Anyone have thoughts on these? The price per figure seems reasonable for good resin.
