I ended up pulling out because of the silence around Australian shipping....

I think the issue is a lack of understanding of the Australian shipping environment - the prices being produced by the pledge manager were correct, it is simply that the shipper that was selected is a perfect example of the cliche "never attribute to malice what can be accounted for by incompetence" when it comes to Australia. In fact, that describes all the shipping companies in Australia, but at least AusPost and its subsidiaries will actually deliver outside of the metro areas.

 

I only put a dollar in as I wasn't sure what I'd be able to afford.

Yeah. They all do. It's legacy code which is way down on our priority fixes list since it changes nothing just a superficial message.

Locked in! I only added another $2 worth of small slotted display bases, since anything more/bigger than that bumped me up to the next shipping bracket. I'm happy with what I'm getting, which is mostly really big bases for my really big minis, plus some of the clear flight stands.

the two slots is common for providing alternatives when the tabs are differently positioned.

ours usually have only one, but for compatibility we made our cavalry bases have 2 slots.
