From looking at the pictures in the pledge manager, I take it these are rigid hard plastic and not bones material?

 

Jenkeki, yes these will be a rigid hard plastic. If you've gotten anything from Bones I&II or a base directly from Reaper recently they'll be the same material.

 

Sigh of relief ... it's "only" black, untextured bases (which I have enough of) ... if it had been base inserts or textured bases, my marriage would have been in danger (after backing Secret Weapons' Kickstarter and a couple of others lately).

 

 

Not sure I need more bases but we will see once it starts up.

 

I need to find out how I can just have my paycheck auto deposited into a Reaper account instead of mine.

 

 

I'll take a look but like most I have tons of bases. I really like the new Reaper round bases so I'm definitely intrigued.

 

Knowing Reaper, Do you really think that's all they're going to offer? Have FAITH believers of the Space Pope. Soon you'll see the currency in your treasury drain away as water down a siphon and there will be much REJOICING (not necessarily ours or our significant others) throughout the Space Pope's sector.

In Bones 3, I backed for

2 X 3 inch bases

2 X 2 inch bases

3 X 1 inch bases

 

Plus the bases that come with 2 core sets. But you can never have enough bases. Especially the bigger ones. The prices look really nice. I am going to try to get money together for this. I want all the round bases, maybe a couple oval bases.

 

I don't have the bigger ones (those above 3 inch/80 mm) so I want to get a bunch of those...

Same here. I have 5 sets of basses from the CMoN MAS KS and loads of bases from Bones 2 & 3 (plus many others) I'm good on 1"-3" bases. I'll back for the larger ones.

After today's session involving gluing minis to bases, I find myself really liking the new 1 inch rpg bases vs either older GW or even lipped Reaper squares. I will admit thou some of those older GW bases were nice for wide stance minis. (looking at you Battleguard golem!!). 

 

Also, glad to see it's on the 26th next week. 24th I'll be busy (darn surgery in all) & the 25th will probably be a lie on the couch & be in pain day. Reaper knows how to help ease the pain

I must admit to being confused by some of the pricing on the pledge manager, I am looking at 25mm square bases, no slot.  It looks like 8 bases for $3, but then there is 22 x 20mm bases for $2, that is a substantial price difference.  Am I reading the figures right?

 

As an aside, it is fine if I am, but if I am getting confused, it may need to be clearer....I am just trying to help out one of my favourite companies before the hoards of complainers get hold of it

I'm in, I love having the option for square and round bases and oval!!! Didn't know I wanted oval so badly.

it is too early for math..

 

what size bases in that pledge manager would fit large minis like the Dragon Turtle and giants? those are what i need to base the most (with their various balance/weight issues on some of them)

For round bases I believe the 80mm are equivalent to 3 inch bases which is what my giants and dragon turtle are on.

 

I only base on round bases, but the oval have me curious.
