OK I like UPS again. Says out for delivery.  Now I just need to make sure someone is home and gets it since I heard we had some kids taking packages from doors around here. May have just been a random thing but I don't want my bases stolen!

Let me clarify.

If you don't tell us what project you are emailing about, we have to jump through hoops to help you and will likely put you on the bottom of the pile.

We have SEVEN different Kickstarters we manage and our regular internet orders.  Asking about your "order" does not give us the information we need to help you.

Asking you for the information needed to help you in a follow up email is not us being lazy or rude.  If you can't give us what is needed to help you we really can't help. 

 

You email us because you are having an issue you need assistance with.  Help us make the process smoother and quicker by giving us what we need in the first contact email.  Please.

Got my basses in! It'll feel good to take Mashaaf off of that old CD I have him on and put him on a proper base to paint him, I'm liking the big oval bases. Hope to do a few dioramas on them.

One question (just out of curiosity - it's not a problem*):

When I ordered the 74043 Clear Hex Bases, I was under the assumption that those came without the pegs, and so I also ordered the 74047 pegs. 

 

But the 74043 came with the pegs as well.  That leads me to wonder:

• Did I make a wrong assumption to begin with?
• Did Reaper change their mind?
• Did I actually order extra pegs for a reason I can't recall?
   

*well, it it could be a problem - it could be a sign that my mind is going. But that's hardly Reaper's problem.

The employee who packaged the bases assumed pegs went with them, and made it happen. We didn't;t want to sit there and undo all that, so we kept it. It was not intentional.

My bases are 100 miles north of me … In Jacksonville, where they have a rule that any package that enters Jacksonville stays in Jacksonville for a minimum of 48 hours . . .And nothing moves on Sundays. 100 miles away and at this point it will bevWednesday before it gets here … but hey, the bright side is that they get here on USPS's schedule!

Well thank you then.  Sucks for you guys, but at least I know I'm not losing my mind.

Well, not completely, anyway.  I still can't recall what I ordered 80 of the 20mm round bases for. I remember having a good reason - just can't recall what it was.

I only got 22 of those. Hopefully that will be enough to base my kobolds, familiars and derro. I don't mind basing kobolds and derro on 25mm bases if that's all I have, but I'm especially happy they came out with these tiny ones for familiars.

This rule applies to residents of Jacksonville, as well, but I got my bases on Friday (minus the Freedom bases for some reason)

@Anyone - Were packing lists included in the box? 

 

 

Maybe there's a clue on the packing list @kristof65?

If you got one.. ? ..I didn't...or maybe that's normal.
