A few new updates to this about a 4th tier of models, Frost. Basically, even more heavily dressed and armored, modeled by Tre Manor!

Not sure if he's doing the whole model, or just modeling clothes on dolls they send him. I like Tre Manor's work a lot, so this looks interesting. With 5 days left, they need to push out some wip's that make me want to back this.

I believe it's the latter. Kev sculpts the bodies then sends them to Tre to do the garments, hair etc (anything that might go on top of the clothing & armour really). At least that's the impression I've gained from the last few updates about the frost variants.

Yeah they said they were sending the "dollies" to Tre to add the clothing. Assuming they need to keep the base sculpt the same on all so it is the same model in 4 different outfits.

If they are going to work on unlocking frost variants for the last 5 days at least I don't have to worry about adding any more money.

I would hope that they do not simply let Tre dress an already existing sculpt, as that includes quite a lot of restrictions and limitations to the sculpting. I'd much rather want to see Tre to sculpt from scratch, so that it becomes a trademarked Tre Manor sculpt.

I disagree, it's a collab project. Tre will be working from existing dollies, the resculpted winter ones if possible (some won't need resculpt). I'm excited to see what Tre can do with a Kev dolly, and so are a few others. Should be at least one WIP up soon (on a non-KS dolly, just a proof-of-concept).

If it was going to be a 'Tre Manor sculpt' then he'd just make it and release it :)

This is a whole new beast! And will hopefully lead to a bunch more such collaborations. We have already done something similar with a French sculptor for some new Sci-Fi stuff.

Not gonna be that many sorry. We'll have a finished shot of Pin Up Dawn, plus some more dollies and armatures plus some WIPs from Tre.

That's what the discounts are for, the trust :)

The collabs are a very interesting idea, I'll pick up a couple at least, maybe more if I can afford them. Of course 30 years from now, when someone starts a thread asking who sculpted this old mini they found, answers will be a lot more difficult. I can imagine the arguments now. "No way, those are Kev hips, he had a knack for anatomy" "It's gotta be Tre, his clothes are so delicate, no one else was sculpting like that".

Then to the very smug person 30 years from now, we'd like to say 'You're Welcome' for the opportunity to say 'Well actually...' :D

Hasslefree has a lot of great modern and zompocalypse sculpts. Billy Ray, from their New Orleans Five set, is exceptionally versatile. No gun, but a nice big wrench and a practical cap.

If you're going to have a low-stakes, low-lethality modern game, it's good to have someone who knows how to fix things. That's Billy Ray. I glued on an extra toolkit from Bombshell. He'll make a good meddling teen. I realize after the fact that I made a Leroy Army Surplus sign on the other side of the Quonset hut as well as a Leroy's Plumbing shirt...no doubt the Leroy family is a big player in a small town.

Other Meddling Teens may include a field hockey enthusiast, our student townsfolk, and of course the original inspirations.

This is the 22nd project my wife and I have worked side by side together on. Posted tbis on Facebook but first time adding our project to the forums. I hope you like our Interpretation of the KS  Mammoth not sure if the is a SKU for it. C&C more than welcome. Felt with it being a mammoth a more wintery theme should be more in keeping. Enjoy. Stay safe in these troubled times.
