No response for my email last week, sent another one since I've received absolutely no confirmation or tracking number. I'm getting a little tired of seeing late backers and even people who didn't back the kickstarter getting the minis that I should have received long ago. Hopefully they'll respond promptly this time.

I'm still waiting as well. I'm not too concerned though, obviously they had some shipping issues and they've been pretty open about it. They posted that a bunch of orders stuck at the post office finally went out yesterday, If I was in that group it could still be a couple weeks before I see anything.

I'm still waiting too.  From reading the KS comments, we're not alone.  My problem now is I'm angry at the situation.  And I'm going to be angry at the minis when (if?) they show up.  It'll be a while before I could bring myself to paint them.

We've shipped over 1200 pledges. I know it sucks to be one of the last, especially if you happen to be one of them because something went wrong. Believe me, I am very aware how much that must suck.

I have spent a good portion of the last week tidying up the warehouse. I have found lost baskets, lost notes etc. It's a working warehouse and, again, just me to tidy it up. I have 2 piles, 'ready to pack' and 'issue'. Those 2 piles are 'everything' left.

Barring a few people who filled in the pledge manager this past week, those 2 piles are the rest of the KS (excluding stragglers). Like I said, if you're in it, I am genuinely sorry, it sucks to be you. Someone had to be last and if you're there through no fault of your own then you have every right to be annoyed about it.

I did that instead of sitting and replying to PMs because replying would just have been me saying 'Hey, I'm not certain what's happened to your order, I am looking for it though'. Like I mentioned below, I have prioritised actually fixing them and then I will sit down and let everyone know 'Hey, I'm sorry, but it's fixed now'.

With one pair of hands I've had to make some tough calls.

I could have probably made this comments section quieter by prioritising people who posted here but I didn't think that was fair. I've stuck with getting as many out as I could, and I will take the justifiable annoyance from the people with the bad luck to be at the end.

As for staffing, of course we're not running another KS without replacing the person who'd normally do this. However we're a VAT registered limited company, we have toproperly hire someone. Run ads, interview people, teach them and go through a trial period etc. There has been no time in the last 3 months to do that, between KS fulfillment, regular HF and the upcoming trade show there simply haven't been enough hours in the day for me to include hiring a real employee. But yes, of course we are. It's necessary just for the regular running of Hasslefree nevermind another Kickstarter.

I hope that covers most of what you were concerned about? It's 1am here so I am going to bed so I can squeeze some post out in the morning (PO is open for 3 hours on the Saturday between the Easter holidays).

It's been almost a month, but still no minis.  If nothing shows up soon I'll start to get worried (past orders from them have usually arrived in two weeks).  Step 1 will be to contact Hasslefree and make sure they didn't just up and forget about me.

Post show update this weekend. I was dead after the show but pledges (and backlogged hf orders) have gone out every day since wednesday and more tomorrow then I'll do an update probably Sunday along with the HF newsletter.

I'll be fair.  It's good to see an update.

 

Truth though, I didn't come right from KS to here.  He posted shortly after I did.

    Still waiting on pledge and order backerkit said shipped 1/7. I hope we see a post-show update about when we can expect something. Or really even just a time frame would be nice.

He sounds quite weary, which is understandable. This whole Kickstarter hasn't gone well for him and his options are slim, so he's shouldering the entire burden himself.
