Okay, I like the cyber pig.

But only one woman? Srsly?

There are about five figures in the mix who are so buried in gear and garb that they could be female  for their species...

Which figure are you recognizing as female: the mechanic with right hand raised (communicator) or the space merchant with a cane in the (her?) left hand??

Ya, I think one of the Aliens I like is a female. Not sure though.

"Only one woman? Half those freaks are female for their species!"

It's actually kind of unique there's a bunch of figs that leave you guessing, instead of all those surgically enhanced alien babes that a) make 90s Pamela Anderson blush and b) leave you wondering why even reptiles and arachnids have mammaries.

That's why I said "woman" instead of "female".

Not in my experience. If I had a dollar for every time someone had said that very thing about a sci fi set with a whole bunch of readily identifiably men figures and a few bundled up ambiguous figures, I'd have -- probably enough to buy a figure or two.

Not to put too fine a point on it (and I am not doing this to complain, but to illuminate).  There are twelve, possibly thirteen human figures (the one with huge forearms resting on the ground is a little ambiguous.

Of those twelve:

8 are instantly identifiable as men (facial hair; flat, sometimes bare chests; manly features; etc.)

3 are bundled up ambiguously, although all have boxes and equipment strapped on tightly over supremely flat chests.

1 has boobs and a skirt -- and it is the only figure in a skirt.

Not to knock these figures, because they do look cute and fun.

But that is clearly a future full o' fellas.

... instead of all those surgically enhanced alien babes that a) make 90s Pamela Anderson blush and b) leave you wondering why even reptiles and arachnids have mammaries.

Those aren't the only options.

The Krogloggs appear to have boobs. Though whether by accident or design, I cannot tell.

You know, at a second glance, I'm starting to like the Engineer set and the Mechanics set. The Merchants are kind of nice for Alt-Sci-fi {My standard of measurement being Star Wars}.

      Story
Echoes of Camelot: Arthurian Legends is a project that will expand our 75mm resin miniature range with new and exciting models based on the Matter of Britan, particularly around the figure of King Arthur and his Knights. We have many cool surprises prepared should you help us bring this dream to life.
These miniatures have been sculpted and painted here at the Big Child Creatives studio with the collaboration of some of the most talented miniature artists out there. And what is more, they will be manufactured by our own talented team of resin casting experts. This allows us to monitor the process closely to ensure the best quality in the market and a timely delivery.
We have learned a lot from our previous campaigns, and we want to put all this experience to good use, repeating everything we did right, improving upon it, and correcting our past mistakes. We invite you to join us in this journey of discovery throughout the Matter of Britain and its amazing cast of unique characters.
This campaign is a journey of discovery, full of surprises such as custom bits to make your miniatures even more striking than they already are. Some of these kits will be Kickstarter exclusive, so those of you who choose to support us will be able to proudly show it through unique miniatures, even more full of life and character than our regular releases.
