Holy.... Wow I love this, your colours and blends and it looks like he has stars in his skin... Just... Wow I don't know how to English looking at this xD

Thank you!

I used a lot of blending and inks and reaper clears and afterwards some stippling of the colors afterwards to try to make his skin look mottled and very alien. ::D:

Nice!  I like how you used some lighter greens to bring highlights up to the face, but the whole thing ends up looking a little muddy since there is so little contrast between the colors anywhere on the bust.  The eyes especially you might want to conside adding a strange color to.  It would bring your focus to the right place and you could give it a really alien look with some odd colors.

Thanks for your comments!

Re contrast - guess that's my biggest flaw. I felt I amped it up enough here with the greens, purples, blues, magentas, teals, & yellows. Guess the shiny doesn't do me any favors with being able to see it in the pics. Trust me, in person it doesn't look "muddied" at all. There's a lot of depth of color here without the severeness of the camera and lights against the purposely shiny skin.

Re eyes - eh I really didn't want to do any real color on the eyes. I purposely made them metallic to sell the alien look. I did put some colored shadows along the very edges of the metallic & a lighter silver in the center of the eyes to give a spot to look at as irises.

Magnificent Mini !

You completely elevated this to "Ethereal" with your paint skills.

Colors just lift this glorious mini higher and higher.

The clashing colors on the body lift this to a new level.

You really have created a masterpiece.

The base in its richness, elevates it further.

UB3R, you are now entering the gifted, and the unique field of miniature painters.

LEVEL UP !!!

The only thing I would potentially do, is drop some orange hued color in either on the eyes or around the eyes to help make them pop. The way the green and purple are interacting, the black around the eyes is too flat. I feel something has to go there to have them pull some attention away from the fore head, and I think getting a warmer color in there would be a way to do it.

Was going to say... needs orange. :;):

A trick I've been using when trying to blend widely different colors is to take pictures of your palette and turn it black and white. This will let you see if you're shading shadows, midtones, and highlights in tone instead of shade.

You might have a great green and purple, but if one is the shadow and one the midtone, you have to ensure they truly are the right tone.

Looking at your alien, he has great contrast, but his eyes do disappear. Bringing some highlights up in the eyes with a wash of orange shade would make them really pop.

Using the Realistic Water was genius. Properly slimey.
