Just met a guy at the FLGS who has the whole first KS and he might want to start a campaign.. this could make me decide to drop my BFGL and just pick and choose.. he said several others were going to be getting the game too.. decisions decisions...

they guarded his tomb from  200 BCE to 1974 when it was discovered / excavated (also when I was born, in accordance with prophecy.) 

2174 years is a pretty good run.

I thought his tomb was still sealed and they only excavated the guardians to his tomb.

So if I stay in for the base game and GC.. I need to decide which add ons to get.. right now I'm at another $300 in add ons and thats clearly not going to work with my budget.. sigh..

Yeah the Chinese government still hasn't approved a full excavation of the tomb. There is just a small section of the terracotta army that is uncovered because well the room was already unsealed. They're still trying to find a way to get into the tomb while avoiding damaging or disturbing anything. It really helps that the tomb was discovered by a successor culture to the one that originally built it.

I'm sitting on a potentially divorce-enducing Satan level pledge. At the back of my mind through the whole Christmas period I've been reassuring myself that I can drop my pledge when it comes to the crunch.

However, after last night's update I think I'm locked in.

Any of the ladies on the boards looking for a date sometime in February?

The lion God was one of the sculpts I disliked from the beginning so I passed on that, gorm and sunstalker last kickstarter.  Much as I like the idea of a dungeon, I'm thinking I'd have to sell it since I still don't care for the original expansion.  Unless I seriously mod the sculpt... sigh. I could do that... is it worth $40?
