Dagny Mistress of the Dawn, Priestess of Freyja

This is Dagny by Red Box Games. I love her! She is a huge pain to paint though because she has a lot of tiny bits that are really hard to tell what they are! I use her as my PC. She carries a fetish stick adorned with raven and owl feathers. Her robe is trimmed with a wolf pelt.

 

The mini has a little demon perched on her shoulder peeking out of her hair. My PC has a bush baby familiar so I just painted it in shades of grey to stand in for her familiar.

They are called Leadbear's Tufts and I picked them up at Cancon. They are handmade at a guy's kitchen table. They come in red, yellow, white, pink, and lavender all in one package. What is used on her base is one tuft that I cut into pieces so it wasn't too "bunchy". Finding good basing stuff is not easy here so I snap things up at Cancon once a year! It's coming up in January!

 

And thank you. The light even washed it out a little in the picture. I was super happy with her robes. Really, I was happy with her overall. I have a hard time with black hair, that was the one part I wish was better.

I did not know that. That is pretty cool. Purple and green are my favorite colors!

Top notch layering on her cloak and overall awesome mini. Purple is always an elusive color to paint but you have made it seem very easy which just shows the level of your skill. Kudos!
