She is looking fantastic and I am loving the cloak. I will have to remember to try the Nightshade Purple, as the Moss triad is one of my favorites.

OUTSTANDING! The Girl already shows an ample amount of potential...GORGEOUS color choices. The eyes (stage) left seems a good choice to me also. Have FUN with her!

She looks amazing even at this stage.  I like the Nightshade Purple with the greens.

Will you enlighten us on the colors you've used on her skin?  Is there a slight mold line on the left side of the back of her cloak?

Thank you and absolutely! It's actually a new mix I've been trying– adding Redstone Highlight to Golden Shadow for the base coat, blending up to Golden Skin. Once I try to tackle this freehand tattoo business, I'll be adding Golden Skin + Linen White for the highest highlights.

As far as the mold line, eh, it's definitely possible. There's some weird texture where the cloak dips back up at the bottom left. Otherwise, it could just be poor blending on my part going too dark with the Nightshade Purple in the crease :)

Mocha! I love this! I completely forgot I bought this mini. She's a beautiful one for sure.

I think looking towards her sword makes the most sense.

Plonking away a the Bones 4 core set, this is number 5:

I am not a number! I am a free man!

The metal version of this is called Ankoa, Barbarian Hero.

He has a really small head compared to most of the other minis. I expect he is not too bright. Probably not destined to bear the jeweled crown of Aquilonia upon a troubled brow.

There's a new playah in town! Come get some!

I thought people might enjoy watching me helplessly flailing about as I attempt to paint an exceptionally intricate mini.

      This is Tzandi:-

She's one fourth of my Monkey King Gang.
      Made a little progress today:-

      Painted her skin.
This started as a base of Elf Flesh, was shaded with Flesh Wash and then highlighted with Elf Flesh and 1:1 Elf Flesh/Light Flesh.
She then got lips of 1:1:1 Elf Flesh/Light Flesh/Warlord Purple, and dots of Brown Wash for eyes and between her lips.
I had made a little bit of a mess painting her hands, so I went back over them carefully with Flesh Wash, just to give her separate fingers again.

I automatically started painting her bosom as skin before realising she's wearing a dress under her corset, so that will be painted over eventually. The next job is hair and her ridiculously tiny hair ribbons.

Bones 4 core set #20.  Could not find a release # for him yet.  I took this guy and a few of his pals to Reapercon to work on in my spare time (ha!) and got him base coated using some of the new Pathfnder paint set.  I couldn't help but notice the chickens and the look of terror on his face, thus the name.   Finished him with a basic drybrush and wash for table top play.

Hello girls and guys, the slower painter in the world is back
Finally accomplished to paint this pompous guy, the Burgermeister. I've chose a colorful palette to reflect the opulence of the office, but also the lack of style (purple and turquoise?  why man?!?!).
Painting the gems frames was insane... really peps: don't do that! just paint the gems
In the end I'm quite happy of him, hope you'll like him too:

Every C&C is more than welcome, let me know what you would have done different or what you don't like :)
      Thanks

Foxtrot was fun to paint. She comes with two bodies, two heads and two sets of weapons so it's possible to make her up as a crazy-haired gasmask-wearing nutter or Hasslefree's version of Furiosa from Mad Max: Fury Road. As you can see, I decided on the crazy-haired gasmask-wearing nutter.

Her right hand is separate, so fun and games ensued trying to get it glued to her wrist. I didn't dare attempt to drill/pin it as there was barely enough space for the drill bit and I had visions of wrecking the metal. The stock of her AK was on the verge of falling off, so I just did away with it. Her base is the usual Liquitex modelling paste, sand and paint.
