Okay, I could not get satisfied with the results of my shading, so I decided to do the girl, and think-tank the base. I dug out an old truck toy that I wanted to use for scenery, and pulled off a tire. Then it hit me that the back of the thing would be great as a base ornament, and tall enough that the girl could sit and dangle her feet. 

 

Did the girl with my airbrush. Really happy with the skin tones as a result. Show only back because of frontal nudity. :

While making the base, I decided the next thing I'll buy is a foam cutter..:

 

 

But after vacuuming myself, the floor, and then the vacuum itself, I did have some progress.:
