Yes, you can go back to those doors to rest with the door barred.

Basically, you can rest for 8 hours, regain your spells and abilities.

You are not interrupted.

Do you cast any healing before you rest?

So I just checked ran back through the posts and I'm not damaged except for one point of CHA damage.

It will heal with the rest.

This will also help with spellcasters.  We need to be conservative here, I have a feeling "one more room" means TPK.

Greyson will prepare the same spells, except swap out burning hands for another thunderstomp, since he hasn't seen much opportunity to use an AoE spell without affecting his allies.

Before you rest, can Sturgis heal him up?

Yes, I can.  I can sacrifice his remaining 1st level spell.  And the dice roller rolled a 7+1 equals the 8 (yay!).

So it seems everyone is healed to max, and has all their spells available.

Any preparations or changes in the typical approach?

Awesome.  Sturgis will prepare spells thusly:

Level 0 (3 prepared):  Light, Read Magic, Detect Magic
1-  (2 prepared): Comprehend Languages, Command (DC 13).
Lv 1 Domain:  Burning Hands
