While I'm fairly certain you can have too many Pumpkin Headed Horrors, I can never seem to make too many of the Seedy Guys. SO today I started on the next batch/patch/whatever. These are more typical of my work in that they are being done for no particular reason or person other than for the pure joy of it all. This mornings work:
...a Pistol Packing Pumpkin sans base. Without the base, you get a better idea what the true color is:

...the Pumpkin Pistoleer with  a possible base:

...the Gang at High Noon:

...AND later (about an hour later) the same day, a Swashbuckling Pumpkin Head:

...PLUS a Pumpkin Shaman waiting for his Green Stuff to dry:

...seen here with a possible base...or not:

...this could be FUN...well, for me at least.

Ahhhh. Grabby hands. Love pumpkin headed creatures. Are you swapping heads or kit bashing? I see one of them that looks kit bashed.

The heads are Reaper 02992 Jack O'Lanterns; the torsos, legs, arms, & weapons, are various G.W. plastic pieces....Empire Militia, Zombie, Goblin, & Night Goblin with a piece or two from the Pistoleers & Knightly Orders.

That puts them firmly in the kit bashed mode.

Thanks for the reply, pcklnt! If you need to know specific parts, let me know, I can break them down piece by piece...it makes life easier.

Easing myself back into the real world (sic)...

Wonderful to see the abundance of the pumpkin harvest has spawned and gone out of control !

Looking magnificent my friend Malafactus !!!

Keep control of the blight, this world has gone bonkers.

I left Mexico at 84 degrees, left plane if Philly at 22 degrees F.

I should recover and start painting and basing again tomorrow.

Those pumpkins are glorious as only Malafactus can do.

...if the Weather Guys get the prediction right, I may have a similar climate change without the travel. We went wandering around the Austin area today because the temperature was several degrees over 80. Tomorrow they are anticipating a high of 38 & a low of 29.

That aside, WELCOME BACK! I'm glad you approve of the new stuff, Jay. I'm kind of groggy myself at the moment. There will be more photos later.

Good stuff coming up!!!

...I sure hope so. I'm shooting for a couple of Gangs of the Pumpkin Guys...with or without artillery support.
