Crowley
Bad news everyone. My wallet has officially declared an end to Reaper's anniversary events. It's gonna be a really rough year. There isn't any way I can swing $40/month for 12 months, ReaperCon, and Bones IV. There are going to be some tough decisions to be made.
etherial
Michael Proctor just finished painting this mini. Oh. My. Goodness. Our jaws dropped when we saw what he did with it. Pics next week. It's next week.
Members SamuraiJack
I'm hoping maybe we'd get a Reaper 25th box set in December of all 12 minis.. that would be fairly epic..

You said something about a diet in another thread... I'm hoping maybe we'd get a Reaper 25th box set in December of all 12 minis.. that would be fairly epic.. Dilvish the Deliverer
Just remember, you only have to spend $40 to get the mini for free. You can just buy the mini outright and pay shipping.
Glitterwolf
Just remember, you only have to spend $40 to get the mini for free. You can just buy the mini outright and pay shipping. I understand that, but for overseas, one fig + shipping + taxes is a no. To make it feasable I will have to upgrade to a Free Shipping Order..
Gadgetman!
Shipping across the pond is over $21 for one mini... And I don't think the shipping cost counts towards the $40 to qualify for a free mini.
Glitterwolf
Shipping across the pond is over $21 for one mini... And I don't think the shipping cost counts towards the $40 to qualify for a free mini. That's why I always upgrade to get free shipping for ROW. That means No shipping, Two free minis. Taxes will be approx. the same as if I would have to pay shipping for such an order. That makes it ok. I usually order Reaper through an European Webstore. Only when there are specials like this or Halloween/X-Mass I order directly. And of course the Bones KS.. Anyway...I hope to see a new sculpt for either one of the female vampires or a necromancer.
LittleBluberry
Maybe time to ask if the European stores are going to stock the limited minis? Someone in the US is apparently getting one through his local gaming shop. Win-win for everyone!
Harrek
I was hoping for some interesting paint. While figures are obviously what people think of with Reaper. I think the expertise that has gone into their paint line is just as important to their history! Looking forward to next month, order placed for this month today.
Dilvish the Deliverer
Sorry about our international brethren. I was mostly replying to David, but I seem to have forgotten to quote him. Hopefully, the UK distributor comes online and makes things easier.
Reaper User Reaper Ron Posted January 17, 2017 Author Reaper User Share Posted January 17, 2017 (edited) It's very possible that Miniature Heroes in the UK and Goblin Trader in Spain might be getting some of these Special Edition miniatures - these two retailers tend to make pretty regular orders and *might* be stocking these. And I'm sure that there are several other fine European and Australian retailers who make regular orders but I can't think of any off the top of my head. Matbar
Okay this is probably a really odd question, but let's say I want to buy a set of 8 minis that is $39.99 is there any way I can "donate" a penny to get the freebie miniature? I wouldn't be so darn cheap about it, but if there's gonna be 12 months of this, I gotta watch....well....every penny :-)
Reaperbryan
Okay this is probably a really odd question, but let's say I want to buy a set of 8 minis that is $39.99 is there any way I can "donate" a penny to get the freebie miniature? I wouldn't be so darn cheap about it, but if there's gonna be 12 months of this, I gotta watch....well....every penny :-) The website does not have a mechanism to allow you to donate a penny, nor is the algorithm wobbly in it's maths. It's an automated function with no human intervention that examines the total paid, excluding the $1 handling fee and shipping (examining the [cost of goods] and asks the question - is [$cost of goods] ≥ (greater than, or equal to) "40.00" in the currency of the user (40 AUD, 40 EUR, 40 USD, 40 GBP), if Yes, then Add [$cost of goods]÷40 quantity of [$current month] freebie. The computer will not recognize 39.99 as greater than or equal to 40.00. Edited January 18, 2017 by ladystorm corrected currencies
ladystorm
not really, no. sorry. but the least expensive item in the store is a single base.
