Getting To Know Each Other - January 2017

The Frequently Ignored "Rules"
1. Every day, or so (unless I am out or ill or something) I will post a question.
2. In theory there is a 24 hour span to answer that question before the next question is posted.
2.5. (Rule 2 is the most frequently ignored rule.)
3. Questions are going to be posted between 12:01AM and 5AM GMT. 
4. Everyone is encouraged to submit questions to be posted by me via PM.
5. You do not have to answer every question...
6. If a question is TMI or N/A simply wait for the next question or post that you decline to answer (why would be nice).
7. Questions usually run 2, perhaps 3 days on weekends.

My mother and me are planning a trip/cruise to Japan sometime next fall.

 

This should be my biggest event of the year.

I tend to live in the moment; I don't look much beyond today...tomorrow isn't a guaranteed thing.

To be truthful, things being what they are, I dread what 2017 holds in store for all of us.

I look forward to the death of 2016!  Awesome already done!  *dances on the grave*

 

Okay, now that the silly part is done.  For personal things, I'm looking forward to getting my painting area better organized AND MULTIPLE kickstarters arriving.  Maybe even paint a few more things.

 

Outside of the personal, hobby stuff, I think that we are in for a very tough year.  I am genuinely worried about the United States for the next few years.

What are you most looking forward to in 2017?

I have no great plans for 2017, and nothing exciting in the mix to look forward to.  Now assuming that my new job works out (and so far so good) I'll start examining the local housing market come spring.  I have the luxury of being able to take my time so you could see me talking about housing again in 2018.

 

On the hobby side of things I look forward to 20 more minis.

I'm looking forward to many things: RCon, Bones 4, more painting, more NEMPA paint days, more Hangouts, improving my painting skills, Daughter Dilvish graduating HS and moving on to college. Plenty of thing to look forward to.
