teow
Hello guys! I just bought my first every Reaper Bones mini. It's a Vrock, and I'm very excited to paint it. However, when I took it out of the package I noticed something strange with it's arm. One arm is fine, the other is hanging on by a little noodle and it seems like he's missing a bit of mass in the armpit area. When I search the Reaper Vrock, most of the pictures are turned so that area is hard to see. Does anyone have an image of what should be going on there to base my repairs on? Or is this how they all look? Thanks!
ub3r_n3rd
Yup. It's a miscast. Email: [email protected] Tell them what mini it is, using the SKU, and the problem. Do NOT send pics. Their customer service is top notch! Make sure you include your shipping address. Chris Palmer
Just wanted to add that miscasts like this are rare, so don't be discouraged. Once you contact Reaper, like ub3r advises, a replacement one should be whizzing it's way to you, so be sure to include your address.

They got back to me first thing this morning and a replacement will be shipping soon. :) Thanks again for your help!
Speak_Centurion
Don't throw the old one away, a little bit of greenstuff will patch the gap.
ub3r_n3rd
Don't throw the old one away, a little bit of greenstuff will patch the gap. Or hack it up to use as conversion/modification fodder!

teow
I've painted some Warhammer scenery for a friend, but this is my first time painting minis. I think I need all the practice I can get, so I'll be trying to paint both.
teow
The replacement vulture arrived a while ago, but I just now got a chance to sit down and give them a spa day. A hot bath, a trim, and some green stuff and they're looking a lot better. :) Thanks again for all of your advice.
