About this project

Count Von Herbimhyre found himself in the midst of the land of the halflings, The new army of dead he had raised was rather disappointing. It was an army of little halfling undead. Herbimyre shook his putrid head with shame. Most skeletons were bigger, fantastically quiet and did their job, but these halflings undead were a trial!  They never shut up! 

"I'm hungry!"  

"No you're not, you don't have a stomach, do you understand?" 

"Umh, yes, I have a question"  

"What!"  

"Whens lunch and how much farther do we have to go?"  

In this, the second kickstarter of hopefully several, you too can pledge your support and receive halfling undead to raise to do your bidding!

A grand beginning: While shopping at the site of one of my favorite sculpting artists, I noticed he did commission work. I realized at this point I could get undead halflings made by the illustrious and infamous Bob Olley! Not wishing to stunt his creativity I have tried to limit my suggestions so we can get the purest Bob Olley creations we can (with a few exceptions, it’s hard to keep your fingers out of the pudding!).

More Success: With the help of Gary at Iron Mask Miniatures (the maker of snooty, elegantly dressed dwarves) I was able to find a fantastic caster, thus bringing the best representations of Bob Olley’s work to all of us!

Much of the work has been done and I have invested the lion share of the money needed to get this project going. My plan with kickstarter is help fund the remaining work, see what kind of interest there is in the project, and look into the viability of creating more halfling skeleton units such as halfling skeleton warriors and halfling skeleton spearmen.

$1,000 - Skeleton Pig  - Locked

 This model will be the mount for the undead Calvary in Kickstarter #3 should we be fortunate to get there. Once we hit this stretch goal the Undead Pig miniature will be available as an add on for $5.00

$1,500 - Halfling Skeleton Champion #2 - Locked

 Once we hit this stretch goal the Halfling Skeleton Champion with Sword will be available as an add on for $7.00

$2,000 - Undead Chicken Standard Bearer - Locked

Undead Chicken Standard (Chicken can be bad for you!)

Once we hit this stretch goal one Undead Skeleton Chicken Standard Bearer will be added to each Collectors Set Pledge Level for Free!

$2,500 - Embarrassed Elf Archer - Locked

 Once we hit this stretch goal the Embarrassed Elf Archer miniature will be available as an add on for $7.00

$3,000 - Halfling Skeleton Ankle Biter - Locked

 Once we hit this stretch goal the Ankle Biter miniature will be available as an add on for $7.00

$3,500 - Vampire Count - Locked

 

Once we hit this stretch goal the Vampire Count miniature will be available as an add on for $7.00.

Why oh why do I click on the kickstarter page? These would fit so perfectly with my witches and pumpkins, but due to unforseen events my hobby money is gone for the forseeable future.

Undead halflings. It's the sort of thing that would really appeal to someone who was into that sort of thing!

 

Stylistically, I don't like them, but that's a matter of taste. Other folks' taste might differ, so I figured I'd point these out.

Honestly, I really want these.  They have humor and the sculpts look amazingly clean.
