TMNT: Shadows of the Past: Super Shredder, Human Bebop and Rocksteady, Bruiser and Gunners

Recommended Posts

Been busy.

Super Shredder, Human Bebop and Rocksteady, a Bruiser and some gunner thugs.

Inspiration for 3 of my gunners: Captain Kirk, GTA 3 and GTA Vice City.

If you need to take care of a "difficult" target, bring out The Three!
Two brothers and a sister, specialized in stealth attacks.
Blade, bow or magic, whatever it takes, they will succeed!

Presenting Sir Shelly from Knightmare Games. Sometimes the path of Chaos offers great power, and sometimes you end up needing to stay constantly moist or you die.

Really enjoyed painting this one, he's just so weird looking!
      Still can't paint gems though.

Presenting Screamin' Eddie, purveyor of the finest human meat to be found in all the Radlands!

Had a lot of fun painting this guy. Originally, he was one of the big Nurgle baddies from Games Workshops Rogue Trader boxset, but I thought he worked well as a more generic Post-Apoc mutant (they all could really).

Formorian Giant aka The Great Mutato! (Did they spell Fomorian wrong on purpose? Fomorians being monstrous, supernatural creatures from the underworld of Irish mythology, much like the Jotun frost giants of Norse)
From Bones 3 core set, this Chaos mutant thingy takes the medal for overtraining half of his body. I imagine his (her?) family tree is a straight line.

Seven "Ninjas of Iga" from Warlord Games. I'm playing in a DnD5 game which has some Jade Regent (Pathfinder Adventure Path) elements and last session we got jumped by some ninjas. During the whole fight I was secretly miffed that I didn't have any good minis to represent the opposition. Luckily for me, we lost so there will be a second chance to go against them. So to rectify the problem I went and got myself a few ninja minis. The closest thing I found was the "Ninjas of Iga" pack from Warlord Games.

I'm not a superfan of the sculpts and I'm horribly lazy when it comes to cleaning a miniature of mold lines and the like before starting to paint. I started out wrong and ended up kind of rushing them into being tabletop ready. All and all I'm kinda happy with the result, except for the ninja on the far right. I messed up his arm when assembling him.
