Male Antipaladin

Recommended Posts

My latest attempt - just a lot of adamantium black and a mix of clotted red / deep red with a bit of ruby for all the skull eyes..

He has a bit of a misshapen head, which may be why he turned to Evil - getting dropped on ones head has odd effects, I've heard.

Very nice work.  I could see an adventure party seeing that face and being either terrified for their lives or laughing too hard to escape and thus be hacked apart by someone who most assuredly was picked on at paladin school.

Also, how did you get a metallic look on your black armor?

Reaper MSP #09124 (Adamantium Black) looks that way out of the bottle.

It's usually how I do dark blades, although now that I have Blackened Steel, that gets a lot of use as well for that sort of work.

Hello everyone, here are pictures of the biggest small dragon I ever painted. 03651 Storm Dragon Hatchling sculpted by Kevin Williams.
This is the metal version of the model, it is mounted on a 74033, 40mm round base. The final highlight on the upper part of the wings is 09294 Alien Goo and 09408 Candlelight Yellow.

Heya folks been busy painting away, but keep forgetting to post on here.  This one is one of the Halfling Farmers by Jason Wiebe. I also started an instagram @starscolorbox, there are more photos on there :).  Enjoy

I've had this model sitting on my painting table for awhile with the skin and metal done, but it took a long time to figure out what I wanted to do with her clothes. I decided on some muted purple, brown, and green, each mixing in Reaper's Polished Bone for the successive highlights to maintain the overall tone, with part of her clothing being Polished Bone itself.

Hi everyone, Here's the Big "Slim" Boss of my Gnoll hunting party. 02704, Lord of the Gnolls was sculpted by Ben Siens.
It's a tall metal model that stands 65mm / 2.5 inches at the top of its head. I painted it with Reaper's MSP acrylics.
