You have done a SPLENDID job bringing the Little Rogue to life. Your colors & brushwork are YET ANOTHER step forward in excellence. I am delighted you enjoyed painting him. VERY WELL DONE!

Oh thank you for your complement on the Pumpkin Assassin Dude.

I have been feeling so sick and tired for so long, that the desire to complete your magnificent mini pulled me through the worst

of the Flu/whatever it was.  One of these dang bugs makes your eyes burn, and robs you of energy to get out of bed.  So now that I can enjoy

Malefactus' Pumpkin on my display stand, I can say THANK YOU.. and get some other work rolling under the brush.

Thanks again my friend !!!

Contributing to your recovery, even in some small way, makes my day. It was my pleasure to be of assistance.

sorry to hear of your current suffering Jay... but the winter blues don't last forever... based on the lovely ORANGE pumpkin you have produced, I would say you are on the mend..

Just remember that is a mini Pumpkin guy, and not a real Orange, so there is no vitamin C to be consumed there!  Plus he would stick you.

Thank you my friends, so glad that you like the Pumpkin Assassin.

I can only paint the figure in front of me, and this artist just made it a joy,

a challenge, and such a high quality loving sculpt to do.

The colors were fun.  Painting the Pumpkin skull with four different shades of orange,

high lighting with sun yellow, and mixing in Linen white was a hoot.  Five different reds in thin layer,

on the coat and getting purple into the shadows just kept me on my toes.

I totally enjoyed painting this !

Thanks again.

He's so lovely and bright! It looks like you took Malefactus' palette and applied it in your own style.

He also reminds me of my favorite Oz book, "The Land of Oz". I always imagined the residents of Oz wearing these saturated colors.

I am glad you are feeling better and have painted this delightful charmer.
