just an FYI for those who might need/want a car for the weekend, Enterprise has Friday - Monday rentals for $9.99 a day with a 100 mile daily limit.. the location is just down the road from the hotel.

Anyone leaving late on Monday? Likely will try to leave the hotel around 2ish if they'll let me. My flight home isn't till 430 or so. 

 

If anything I can always book with Supershuttle.

Which I did! I was bored at work on my break this morning. Now hopefully I can just hang outside or in the hotel lobby after having a late check out on Monday.

 

Note anyone booking with Supershuttle for the airport, it'll arrive around 235 & 250 that afternoon.

I believe last year I picked up at Love Field in the early afternoon.  That works for me this year too.  I have room for 6 passengers but really 5 is the max I can do comfortably with luggage.

We are arriving at 1:55 on Wednesday at Love Field and have a rental car reserved. It should hold 2 additional people. We are leaving Sunday afternoon for a 6:30 flight. I really miss the flexibility of driving but my sister couldn't come watch my house this year so had to limit the days away from home.

Just got off the phone with AlaskaAir, flight in arrives at 2:52pm Dallas time, 18 October

Departure at 12:23 pm, Monday 23 October....

I'm arriving at DFW around 1:30. I am still undecided on how to get to the hotel from there, but I am considering all options, including the option of renting a car for myself (not my first choice, but definitely an option).

 

Are there any available seats to get from the hotel to the Meet & Greet?

This is my first time attending Reaper Con & to Dallas. Alaska just screwed up my flight and instead of arriving @ 2:00 on the 18th, I'm now getting in @ 5:00 AM. Looking for suggestions for transport to Fairfield INN & subsequently to the Meet & Greet.
