And this is where I am for now.

As soon as I got some painting time, I will give this more attention.

Feel free to comment.

That container is freakin' awesome.

I've been working on a project to turn those things into post-apocalyptic shanty domiciles, myself.

Must now follow through on this out of sheer jealousy.

Hmmm... long weekend.

DDDOOOOO  EEEETTTT!!!!

One word of warning though, The container is pretty sturdy!

I used a Screwdriver and heated that to be able to make those holes.

And it took me a while!!!

Oh yeah, I've worked with a few of them previously. They actually are not Bonesium (sp?). They are a pretty standard grade styrene, if a bit stiffer than the norm.

Easy stuff for me, as that is one of my usual materials.

The holes look great, by the way.

Thx!!!

Yes, these are not the softer Bones.

I have 4 of them actually.

The other 3 will be part of another diorama one day...

There are a few dents on the front section.

Also a few bulletholes from the agents. Need to repaint those.

The other sides will stay clean, the creature is trying to break out and is succeeding.

Maybe the sedative stopped working?

Put the container on the base for the diorama.

Added signs, BIOHAZARD.

And used GW brown Wash on the base.

Did Terrel's boots with Scale 75 Graphene Gray.

      Dawn at St. Toad's Mere.
The worshipers gather by the dolmen.
With scroll and orb, bell and blade, chalice, keys, and tome.

But what manner of worshipers are these, so pale and clammy? And why does that one's hand bend so?
Is that...is that an arm, or something else?

Lo! a foul miracle! They have become as their unwholesome master, transmuted into a kind of glory through their dark rites. Some still retain hands, or things in the semblance of hands, the better to wield tools built by and for hands, but others have transcended or transgressed beyond even these. Soon they will renounce limbs and spines altogether, shed their robes and live to writhe and squirm beneath the mire with their lord forever.

These are fantastic fellows--something about their eyeless fleshy heads makes them even more enigmatic and eerie than your average illithid. What are they up to? and what will their rituals bring upon the troubled earth?
For all your eldritch cult needs. Could work as an alien species in a pinch.

(The cultist with the dagger does not come with a bell; that's a repurposed earring back and pin.)

      Here are some harpies.
      Linked due to nudity.
When possible, I’ll try to paint Metal along with Bones if I have the same mini in both media.

I found these a little odd, with feathers on part of the wings but serpent scales on the thighs.  So I went chromatic dragon colors.  The feet/claws were based off some raptor pictures off the net.  Also tried three different skin tones: African, tanned, and ruddy, with correspondingly ?appropriate hair colors?  I gave two beach bases and one a rocky base.

      Enjoy.
FYI black scales with white feathers is BONES, and the other two are Metal.

I’ve never tried Dropbox before, let me know if it doesn’t work right.

Another quick and dirty.  No blending in the skin/fur.  A night’s work showing my son about painting fire.  No WIP.  Sorry the face close up is out of focus.
