In spite of the fact that I haven't finished my Orc Druid, I decided tonight to get March's goblin shaman started. A couple of goblin troops snuck in as bodyguards... 

 

 

Nothing much but some brown liner and corks from the drow.

To be fair, it is another claw. It's just the claw from the pelt he's wearing.

At first glance I thought it was a Chaos Champion or a Lobsterman...

Pumpkin orange for the base skin color. Figure I've got like 4 bottles of it... Might as well!

Interesting what a difference a bit of light makes...

But these guys are coming along nicely. 

 And here's one with a goblin I speed painted years ago. So shiny...

Those are looking very great. Pumpkin orange you say? Perfect for the skin. I must keep that in mind if ever I decide to paint some goblins.

Yup, pumpkin orange. Perfect for goblins!

Must remember this vital information. You used Pumpkin Orange as a base, what did you use as a highlight?

When I get to the highlight, I'll let you know! I've been doing shadow layers with heavy sepia wash. I might just mix pumpkin with linen to bring it up.

Another good paint to use as Goblin skin is SC 75 Kalahari Orange...
