Look really nice, I got these guys on my painting table's "coming up" section at the moment (currently working on the kobold sorceror half of the sorceror and leader blister).

It's not so much the background, it's more where the light source is.  Try to get the light coming in from over your shoulder, rather than coming from in front of the camera.  Still, the silhouette of these fellows at the door should put a chill up the spine of any adventurers...
