A Trio of Old School Women (Eureka, HHG, Deadlands)

The outsized weaponry of the first and third one is charming.  The second one is cute too, but I hope those gloves are thick and I wonder that she's managed to keep all that hair.

Lol...Yes, the weapon sizes really are an interesting style of the times.  And I have no idea why the pirate lass is giving herself a hair cut. :)

Deadlands called them Hucksters.

Ah, yes; that sounds right.  Thanks for the correct name, VitM!

I didn't mention but that's pretty impressive painting on that wee ace of spades.

I love the first model, she is a Mourning Wolf from the Imperial army of War zone w/ a Violator sword...so sad I know that.

Why?  That's cool!

When I noticed the Skull on her outfit, I thought of that, but wasn't sure due to the lack of armor.

Good Call!!!

And I love this kind of Mini Trivia...

Thanks, Pingo!  I was really lucky with it and got it mostly right the first time.  I was dreading the prospect of constant fixing and retrying.

Thanks for the kind words, and the ID of the model, Beowulfthehunter!  I'm glad to finally know who she is.

Presenting Amiri, she's an Iconic Barbarian from Reapers Pathfinder line.

Had this one a little while, but all the fiddly bits kept putting me off (and I normally like fiddly minis), she turned out to be super fun to paint though.

As always any comments or criticisms are warmly received.

So this is my take at painting Na'Kaat
My firend uses this mini as a pc in our dnd campaign. The axe that comes with the mini felt too small to her so I swapped it with the two handed axe from 03197: Thelgar Halfblood, Half Orc Barbarian.

All in all this was one was nice to paint and is really nice to look at after  Hope you like it too!

      Hi again, fine folks!

So just finished this one last night, last part of course the shield, which took me a while to figure out, but who doesn't need a good squirrel shield?  Anyhoos, hope you enjoy!

      Hello guys,

so here is a figure I just finished up yesterday and got her on a base.

Not so sure where she is from, but am almost sure she's a Ral Partha Import from the eighties, but I could never seem to find any image of her in any old catalogue.

Also no idea who the sculptor is, so if anybody knows, please give me a hand and let me know!

Not too happy with the sword, didn't build up enough to white I think and still a little too blue, but in the end I guess I'm not going back, on to the next new miniature to paint.  If I ended up being too persnickety, I'd never get anything thing finished, and I have a pending pile of thousands to still work on....
