Truth is stranger than fiction because fiction has to make sense.

This could make televised soccer less bo-o-o-oring.

 A "Serious" fight...

You stand in front of each other perfectly motionless, arms at your sides, and use only your face to try to get the other person to laugh while remaining serious and not laughing at yourself...

I still recall the Pinata Death Duels, in Mexico, in my youth.

April 8th-9th:

The Spoongang of Agamenthar the Coffee God. Each combatant has a spoon in one hand and a mug of coffee in the other. Only the knuckles of the hand holding the coffee mug are a legal target. the first to spill a drop of the sacred beverage loses. The losing combatant is then forcibly restrained and has the unholy horror that is decaf dumped over them while they recite the Litany of Shame.

I'm pretty sure I've done this in drama class...

A Chinese pastry called wife cake or sweetheart cake can be either sweet or savoury. Flaky outside.

I live in Hong Kong and there is a famous bakery in the New Territories that does a really good wife cake.  Occasionally, on lazy Sundays (haven't been enough of those lately!), I'll take the family up to NT for the express purpose of buying those wife cakes.

The first couple of times we went, I even entertained the notion of taking some home to eat.  Silly me.  The reality, of course, is that all of the wife cakes were eaten by the roadside long before we even got close to home.

On any other weekend, I might have had a different answer.  But after all the questions about food and beer, how could I think of anything other than an Eat Off!

Least: wine opener. I only use wine for cooking, so the opener doesn't see much use.

Most: wooden spoons. Well, to be technical, they're bamboo spoons. But they're basically the same thing.

I'm not sure a spoon counts as a "gadget"... But yeah, my corkscrew sees very little use.
