That said, looking around at all the boxes in my house, I think I need to take a break from buying Dungeon games. :)

Should have noted earlier.  I got mine just after thanksgiving.  Looks  impressive looking for an excuse to play, maybe during the holidays

Mine arrived today. The box is packed! Crazy heavy.

 

Now to debate diving into it or painting terrain tonight...

We got ours yesterday, I didn't know a board game box could get that large or heavy!

I got in my first two sessions of Gloomhaven last night. The first was as a gill in for a friend's game to learn the rules. We successfully finished the level 4 scenario and I walked away with lots of looted money.

 

I then got home and opened my copy and played Scenario 1 successfully with the Cragheart and the Scoundrel.

 

 

Initial impressions: I put this one on my 10x10 Challenge for 2018 without having played it yet. Honestly, while it is a good game, it seems a little fiddly to manage the baddies - especially with all the different types of tokens. It deserves to be in the top 100, but not the #1 game on BGG. I will continue to play, but I think the both Myth and Kingdom Death are better at managing the baddies.

I received the Broken Token insert as a late Christmas gift and then spent time staining and sealing it. What do you guys think?
