Yeah, I asked again in the comment section and they confirmed it ... I also asked if the things might be compatible with Secret Weapon' mines ... no answer yet, but probably too much to hope.

Would they even be able to know the answer to that? I did not think anyone had a secret weapon mine cart in hand to check.

I'd have to look it up, but I think Secret Weapon somewhere mentioned the width of the tracks ... and that's what I'm more interested in, but you are right, I should look it up and not expect Mantic to do it.

First thing I found: it's fully compatible with Dwarven Forge stuff ... maybe Mantic adheres to the same standard?

They went to bed a couple hours ago, and it looks like the excitement has already broken almost all the stretch goals they announced for the night.

I did not back Zealot. I had my reasons. I am glad to see that I was wrong. Per Zealot's website they will be opening the webstore in 2 days. I may buy some of their pieces there. However, my other problem with Zealot is that their pieces are resin. I fully intend to play games with this pieces. I am ham fisted, and clumsy. My only resin DF piece is already broken. I can't imagine what kids / or random conventioneers might do with resin. So plastic is a big bonus for me.

It also means, I think I need to dig out the terrain from Dungeon Saga. I had been trying to keep it with the game... but I may have to put it with the rest of my hoard pile I am currently working on.

With Zealot Miniatures's Twisting Catacombs being a First Created project in resin and shipping from the UK to USA, I also skipped it. After Mythical Lairs, Itar's Workshop, and GameZone, I'm pretty wary of resin KS. Unlike metal, resin cannot be recycled if miscast. Unlike plastics, the barrier to entry to resin miniature manufacturing is much lower, so you really have to know the business experience of the company, as well as the casting experience of the caster. For the 100+ piece "Pure Completionist" level, backers paid $300+ before shipping, well above the $180 pledge of Mantic. Other than a following on the Ye Olde Inn forum, I couldn't find information about this company. Now that Zealot has experience managing a KS (a huge one at that), I would definitely look at them more closely. Their sculpts look better than Mantic, and their pieces are different enough that they don't overlap as much as some backers on Ye Olde Inn think there is.

Yeah, that's right. Broken mine tracks that allow you to careen your players off into the distance. Why do you think they included curved pieces?? :D

EDIT: 191 pieces total!

I'm sorry if I've missed it, but where is the option to buy individual parts of a crate? For example, if all I want is the blacksmith and stable, how do I get that?

They said as packs get completed they will become available as add ons. So I guess wait a few days to see how add ons break out.

Pure speculation:

I suspect they are waiting until the mid-campaign doldrums to do the subset add ons.  It would help with momentum as existing backers up their pledge, and generates another wave of news.

possible, may also be a matter of waiting until we unlock everything they plan to put into a single mold.
