Vandorendra Demon by Reaper Miniatures (02633).

This is a bit of an historical work.  I actually painted this over 10 years ago, and rediscovered whilst it looking through one of my old online galleries.  Being a Reaper mini and somthing I was very proud of at the time, I figured I would upload it here.  It was one of the very last mini's I painted before selling off all my paints and and modelling supplies and quitting the hobby (I got back into it recently as a result of the Covid19 lockdown, and I cant for the life of me imagine what ever possessed me to stop).

Anyway, I absolutely love this sculpt, as it reminds me of a D&D Marilith and I have a soft spot for iconic D&D beasties.

This was a super quick project.  DH printed the model on Tuesday and I painted it in about 6 hours on Wednesday. So <48 hours from liquid resin to finished model.

I intentionally wanted to work with vibrant colors and picked jade green, gothic crimson and golden yellow as my starting paints.  The figure is slightly modified, a crossbow on her hip broke, and I shaved the remains off.  I added the fangs with paint, I think the figure was intended to be an elf.

Got this from a eBay seller in china, not sure if it's a recast. It was a very nice cast in high density white resin. Very little clean up only had to remove some sprue nubs on some of the larger pieces not really any mould lines or flashing.
Haven't been able to find out much about this piece other than that it was apparently at Wonder Festival 2018. I would really like to know who sculpted it.
