FANTASTIC! That is a WONDERFULLY cluttered, BEAUTIFULLY painted, AND IMAGINATIVELY based creation. You just keep getting better with each new creation. VERY WELL DONE!

WOW!!!! I had been following your WIP but hadn't checked in lately, which is a good thing because now I am completely stunned by the beauty of your work!  There is so much going on with your mini but you keep it all together with your use of colours! I love the toxic puddle especially!

He's definitely Imperium (he makes Space Marines!), the green and bone colour scheme is just because I couldn't face painting the official one (so much red...).

It is a lovely paint job. It really is more bright and cheerful than diseased and sickly. (Which is where things Green in 40K typically devolve to.)

I barely know my way around the 40K factions. (Silly me, I thought green = must be = Nurgle.) Does this guy make all the Imperium marines or just one of the mostly Red Chapters (Blood Angels?)?

Wow, so many details and hoses with different colours. Such neat paint job.

I love the glow effect on its Halberd looking weapon. And the green goop on the base is just incredible. Definitely looks radioactive

I'm on a bit of Warhammer 40k kick at the moment, so I built and undercoated my other set of Space Adventurers (these ones come from their Black Fortress board game):-

These guys represent a more ragtag band of rogues and misfits than my Starstrider band.

You've got Elf and Kroot (I think) Rangers, and some sort of Space Wizard.

A big robot and a pair of Halfling Scouts.

A stylish human adventurer, a Priest and his scary, flame-saw wielding assistant.

Starting on the Priest, now known as Father Thadeus:-

Just a Dwarf Skin basecoat with Flesh Wash so far.

Presenting Inquisitor Greyfax from Warhammer40k (I'm not quite sure what faction she's part of).
My version is a righteous fanatic who travels from world to world, confronting the forces of darkness and passing judgement on those foolish enough to play a part in its machinations. She makes a powerful but untrusted ally for my Space Adventurers.

Had a lot of fun painting this one, although she was very time consuming (kept having to go back and fix stray brush-marks). Best of all, I finally managed to pull off a colour-coded power gauge, woohoo!

As always, any comments of criticisms are warmly received.

Presenting The Fighter (Echoes of Death version), she's a Kingdom Death: Monster re-imagining of their existing The Fighter mini, who, in turn, was Kingdom Deaths take on a generic fighter class character.

Quite pleased with this one. She took a while as I kept finding bits I'd missed hiding under her hair, and I rushed her shield in the end (it needs at least one more highlight, but my hands have been really shaky recently and I didn't want to mess it up) so I may put a bit more work in at a later date.

I am back!!! After 8 months of not touching my brush, I am a tad bit rusty. Hope you like my take on Varaug. C&c is always welcome!
