Interesting.  I was honestly expecting them to take a week or two to get through customs.  Good news though!

From the Aetherworks Facebook page:

That "two parcels for pledges" thing & that they're throwing the wave system out the window would concern me if I was using them:  that means that my system for minimising duty via staggered shipments wouldn't necessarily have worked if I'd used Reaper for shipping to NZ.  Still, it does mean that we should start to see Bones III deliveries around Asia-Pacific well before Bones IV goes live which might, hopefully, cool down some of the KS comments.

Oh god! Auspost...

I got an emails from the Australian distributor that packages were starting to go out, but nothing about speed.

Hey! We are using the fastest three toed sloths that we could find!

The Auld Grump - an animal so fast that moss grows on it....

The fact that it's only one person explains why the tracker is moving so slow. But for me it also rises a lot more questions. Why is there only one person? Wasn't one of the main points of hiring a distributor to relieve some of the work load for reaper staff? Why is temp work arriving so late? Why did the last update state two weeks as an estimate for finishing the eu zone shipping when they had no work force? Why have there been no updates? I know there was the expo. But the email also said they will try to give us as much information before and after the expo as possible. Last Email was June 29, expo started July 5th and ended 10th according to the email. And I saw Facebook getting posts about bones IV while we are still waiting for an updated schedule. I think we all figured out by now it won't be finished this week but not really cause anyone told us. I wish I could be as excited about bones IV as I was back for III...

Did I ever tell you the one about the camel with three humps?

Aussie here, got my Wave 10 email for shipping.  However, not my wave 1 :)

Looks like the distributor is going backwards in wave order.  Maybe that is how the container was packed..

Happy for you guys. Judging from the Kickstarter comments, Aetherworks is working at full speed. Meanwhile over here *stares at empty inbox*...

Fantastic am Wave 2 so I guess I will be waiting until next week or week after.  The message I got back from Aetherworks is that it could be a couple of days to a fortnight before they get through it all.  But hopefully not a fortnight if they can help it.

I hope they abandon the wave idea in Bones IV.  Bones II and III didn't ship as per waves so why do it.  Hope they revisit a few things in Bones IV (shipping!)

Thankfully I am working most of weekend and family commitments on Sunday.  Then back to work to eagerly await the Aust Post pick up card in my post box.
