According to the live ticker, the EU shipping team has broken into wave 3. They are at 283 packages shipped today, considering the new helpers have just arrived today and have probably not reached their top speed yet that's more than I expected.

Let's hope for no more bumps and potholes!

All for that!  We all want it to work well for everyone involved.  But with a KS this size there are bound to have some things happen always.  I know they try and adjust learning from each one.  I remember one late evening talking with Bryan at ReaperCon about all of this a few years back.  It's a large logistic mess.  I also wonder what Brexit will really be doing to the EU people as well.

I still don't agree with a lot of the stuff that happened but live and learn. I hope they take the critiques into account for future backers. Losing enthusiasm for a Kickstarter that for me personally was more about being part of a big project rather than cheap minis (20% of the amount I paid was just shipping) is disheartening.

Maybe they will permanently distribute over RHQ Zombie Co Europe wide which would be a big win (though with brexit coming up I doubt there will be any definite on that).

Do we know if they are dispatching in wave order?

(Wave 1 and no notification yet)

Europe zone is supposed to be in wave order, AU isn't. There might be slightly hiccups with the new personnel in the uk.

Yes and No.

If Part of Europe/Africa Zone, please send email to [email protected].

If Part of Pacific Zone, please wait until Friday before sending as all indications are Aetherworks will have completed their portion by then.

As ALWAYS, include your order number, what project you are emailing about, shipping address and email used in the pledge manager in order to allow us to help you.

I honestly doubt that they will do anything like that. I have not seen a single reply to any of those comments here or on the ks. They have been pretty much ignored.

If they did anything like that I'd happily back bones 4 too. I wouldn't be worried about it happening again if I know they'll set things straight.

While its not a commitment to do anything, Reaper did respond on the KS comments page:

"@Chirs Earl, until shipping is concluded by Aetherworks, and we have the final tallies of costs including freight to them and postage, we cannot commit to any course of action."

That was in response to a request for a refund on postage.  So they're aware of the concerns, and have responded.

I must have missed that one, thanks for pointing it out. Wait and see, I guess what's going to happen.

Aetherworks isn't shipping in wave order but they seem to be fairly fast. I got my notice yesterday and my delivery today.

I haven't had a chance to go through and inventory everything yet. I wouldn't want this method of shipping for myself in future kickstarters. I think it would be useful to some and some may not mind waiting. Some may not have minded this time if this had been the plan or if we had been given a choice.

Anyway, glad my stuff arrived and for those of you that are still waiting, hang in there. I will watch Bones IV and drool, but I am probably out this time.

The UK guys are roughly 2 hours in from when the ticker started and are at 91 packages shipped today. They are at wave 4.

Unless those where all unusually small packages, they should be able to beat their number from yesterday (283), which was kinda expected since yesterday was the first day with the new people.

1250 packages are still to ship, but iirc from the US fulfillment, all packages are counted in this number, including the AU ones, so it will probably not go down to 0.
