Our experience is that no matter what service we pick, somebody had a bad experience with them, and somebody else says they're the best.

LOL, i guess that's probably true. But, objectively, DPD do provide a better service in the UK than the other service providers in that they provide information about what's happening to your order in their process, give you a delivery time slot and provide plenty of options to adjust what happens (reschedule, leave with neighbour, deliver to another address etc.) while the parcel is in transit. No other service provider in the UK (Parcel Force, Royal Mail, MyHermes, UPS, and so on) does that in my experience. How local DPD organisations/teams execute on that service protocol might vary, I guess. I've always found our local DPD guy to be excellent, so I'm hopeful.

I did too, however they neglected to tell me what service they shipped it under .....

No biggie, though I am used to tracking numbers being useless coming into Japan. I hope I get the stuff in a week or so.

Maybe this has been said before and I forgot, but do we know if the EU orders were pulled and packaged in the US and the EU team now just puts labels on them and posts them? Or did they receive a container full of Bones and sort it into orders themselves?

I thought they only applied labels but ladystorms comment earlier makes it a little unclear to me.

They said Aus Post, but it looks like the service doesn't have tracking.

UK Hub is pulling the orders on site.

AU Hub is only applying labels to orders we pulled at HQ.

I now have all three of my pledges in the house....yay.  have done an initial audit and currently only one miscast.  Haven't dry fitted all the multi-part beasties yet however.

No movement on the EU tracker today. I feel my usual calmness wearing wafer thin

Image result for aaarrrggghhh

No minis for us this weekend I guess....again. Sigh. I can't wait for this to be finally over. My colleague is getting a puppy on Monday and I already asked if I can tag along.

Is there another SNAFU at the UK base?

I was a little disturbed to see the tracker move on to wave 6 yesterday considering that I am in wave 5 and have not yet received any shipping notice.

Dunno if the tracker is down or there are issues at the hub, but I expect if you haven't had your shipping notice by now then there's no chance of delivery this week.
