So wanted to work on a pond I'm doing tonight. Wife asks if I can check if an order she made a few days ago was charged to the credit card or not. While checking I notice a couple thousand dollars worth of take out, movies, taxis and park admissions on the card. Plausible except the amount and they were for Toronto and Montreal. So I spent an hour on the phone with credit card fraud person going through the bills. I'll get reimbursed but this is the second time in the last few months that I'm getting a new credit card.

So because it got mentioned earlier today and I loved the trailer, I'm now watching "What We Do in the Shadows." I'm about 40 minutes in, and I'm loving it. I'm also assembling some Sigmarines while I'm watching it, so there's that, too. Except I don't know if I should fully assemble them before at least priming them, or if I should do it after, since some bits will make others much harder to paint. And since I'm not planning on actually painting them any time soon, it's a question worth thinking about because it will change how I need to store them.

Do you have any tiny ziplock storage bags? Michaels has them in the jewelry section. If memory serves, the 2 x 3 inch ones are most useful (1.5 x 2 inch ones are OK for things like old Parthas). I keep semi-assembled human sized minis in them, one set of parts per baggie.

I've got regular sandwich bags that I'm going to use. Or at least I think I still have some sandwich bags. But even if I dont, there's only going to be a few loose pieces and they're decently sized so they should be harder to lose.

I hope no one is offended, but I skipped that last 15 pages. If I'm sufficiently bored later I'll go back and look at them.

I had something like that happen to me once. I was trying to trade a lady a dresser for a table, but she kept changing the times or not showing up. Then she sent me this weird note about me stalking her and being a serial killer. And I'm just like, but I need a drawer for my socks...

 

The last 15 pages were mostly posts of memes and cat pictures.

 

As for the lady with the dishwasher, I found the listing again, but she upped the price by $40. It's still a good deal considering that a new one is, at its cheapest, about $550, but while I could spare the $80 she was asking for before the new price is really stretching my limit. Also, it's not a good sign when she gets people expressing interest and then raises the price by 50% while she also stops responding to the people who were wanting to buy it. If she didn't want to sell it at the originally listed price, she shouldn't have put it up. And if she's willing to change the price once when people have expressed interest, who's to say that she won't do it again? Especially since it doesn't tell you that she's changing the price. I'm just lucky that I've got a screenshot of the original listing from where my sister told me about it, so I know for sure that she changed it after I messaged her.
