**Slightly off topic question; how does the Lleis the Fire demon from bones 2  compare size wise to Rauthourous? **

They are about the same size. Fire demon is slightly taller/more bulky, but rauth has much wider wingspan. I have both mine on the same size base (off the top of my head it is 50mm lipped rounds. Might be 60mm though.)

Well, it is Bones; converting it shouldn't be too hard based on what I can see from the picture.

I already know what I'm going to do with it.

Is it bad that I already have conversion plans figured out for a thing that doesn't even exist yet?

Nope. I've got thoughts. Too early to call them plans, but my World Eaters are gonna be thrilled!

You're never alone. Not here you're not.

Of all the previews so far, Baba Yaga's Hut is the one I'm least interested in, which of course means it's probably the first one I should go for, when available, as I'll likely regret it afterwards if I pass it up . . .

Bones 3 had some nice stuff in it but the core set was almost entirely humans and demi-humans. Please put more MONSTERS in the Bones 4 core set. Take a look back at Bones 2 for example - the Bones 2 core set was just so much more diverse  (carrion crawlers, ropers, elementals, sea creatures, centaurs, demons, basilisk, gorgon, chimera, skeletons, gricks etc). If you wanted something a little more creative in Bones 3 you had to pay extra, and that kind of sucked.

I'd also like to see more dungeon furniture. Actually I'd love to see Reaper make dungeon corridors ala Dwarven Forge, but at a much more affordable price. The graveyard and cathedral seem to be a step in that direction. Keep going with it.

I'm just being honest with you Reaper, if  Bones 4 turns out to be more humanoids and no interesting dungeon denizons then I don't think I will bother to help fund Bones 4. Got enough PCs and NPCs now.

Reaper did have plans for rules of a sort.  Then they saw (Secret Weapons, I think) and they were cooler than what they incisions and assisted them with their KS.  So, not likely for tiles.

Don't forget that if this is like the previous Bones campaigns, backers will be able to forgo the Core Set and just pick up add-ons as their rewards.

I found the Bones 3 core set far better than the Bones 2 ... People want/Need different things (I really liked the villagers and the weapon sets, for example).

Core set Bones 3 by the way: Formorian, Fu Dog, Snake, wraith, two-headed dog, 1 donkey, 1 mastiff, 16 Lizard men, 8 crawlies, 4 Orcs, 4 Yetis, 1 Frostwolf,  3 Ogres, 6 Goblins, 6 Were-creatures, 3 Tengu, 2 Kitsune, 2 Oni (one female), 1 Troll, 4 Hobgoblin. ... 67 miniatures, some of them quite big. AND it had Dungeon Furniture (Torture chamber)

Core set Bones 2: 2 giant rats, 5 animal companions, undead scarecrow, skeleton on throne, fisman, dragonman warrior, wolf, 8 crawlies, 14 Bugbears/Gnolls, 4 Mummies, 4 Ghasts, 5 Dungeon Monsters, 9 Skeletons, 5 Beastmen, 3 monsters in the "Savage Worlds" pack, Brass Bull, Chimera, 5 Demons, 2 Centaurs, 1 Fae, 1 Nymph, 6 Swamp thins, 4 Dragon hatchlings, 5 Under-the-sea creatures (shark man among them), burrowing horror and basilisk;  over 100, there was "Dungeon Décor", but it was - in my eyes - not that great.

While I see your point, I don't think even for your needs Bones 3 was bad.

I am getting my first core set soon, and am excited to see how many little figures I get.

For KSIV I doubt I will get a core set, but hte hut looks interesting, as I will likely focus on terrain and pig pieces.
