So, let me see if I am getting this right? If the pledge manager works in KS4 as it did in KS3, if I just pledge a $1 (or more) and initially just get a few of the add ons, after the KS is done, until they close the pledge manager (and hopefully give us fair warning), I can still pledge and get say the core set and any other add ons? Is that right? Man if I can pledge a little here and there till the manager closes, that would be awesome.

Thing I like best about this is you aren't spending $800.00. Money already taken is past expenditures. So I am only spending $20.. or $50... That is a lot easier to justify then having to fork over the $800 all at once... and its not a lie when my wife asks how much I spent and I say "just $20..."

Does this strategy concern anyone in that it may reduce the total raised during funding and/or limit the stretch goals that are offered?

A few creators -- like Reaper -- will look at the additional funds from the pledge manager and may apply them to SG's or release additional add-ons after the PM closes.

What's odd is that KS allows this -- KS receives no funds collected through a pledge manager, iirc.

I guess it won't be a problem until enough backers (or KS) thinks it is...

No.

Anything not reached can be added to the next kickstarter.

After the first Bones kickstarter it was even mentioned that had the kickstarter grown much more it could have cost Reaper money.

How would that work?

I do not really understand this, more money, means more molds etc???

But it was an extremely good offer, even better than Bones II and III ... more miniatures I think.

Really? when I looked back at kickstarter, it looked like KSI had more? or did you mean KS1 had more:)

The Core likely has a limit on how many miniatures at scale they can include before it starts to cost them more than $100 with production, transport and boxing.  That number has no doubt decreased some with each successive Bones KS since costs don't generally go down between projects.

Yeah, Bones I had more (I think).

And I haven't done my unboxing yet of the core set I scored off Ebay (I was going through a lot of crap in 2015, well still am, so I wasn't able to get on KSIII, hopefully IV I will), but if my count is right on my excel sheet I did before getting the kit, the actual mini's count is only 149, not over 150 like the box says (sorry, I don't count weapons and shields as mini's, but if they are using that as the count, then yes over 150 is right). Still an awesome deal for some really great mini's:)

So, from what I understand, Reaper as at least to some extent moving to the greyish color, slightly more rigid bones material (in response to the new WizKids minis?). Do we have any sense on if / how many of the Bones in this Kickstarter will be the new materiel / formula?
