Reaper Bones 4: Enthusiasm and Commentary Thread

Recommended Posts

Edited, I removed the Off Topic stuff and reposted it in Random!

On Topic:

I'm getting really excited to see how World Politics is working together to get me my Bones.

The Brits are so kind to struggle as hard as they can to postpone Brexit till I get my stuff and China and the US are working together to ship them to me asap.

Aahhh...I'm touched.

Well, at least someone's happy about the B-word ::P:

Unfortunately my day out doing photography stuff has been scuppered by the weather, so I'm going to try and paint whilst watching the tracker. Maybe try and figure out how much balsa I need to make that howdah for the mammoth in Fan Favourites.

I'm really just impressed with the fact that fulfillment is underway, and Reaper is still managing to crank out their monthly Bones Black promotions and the flood of orders that surely come in each day. I ordered my stuff and it arrived promptly a couple days later. It is really impressive.

They're up and running again.

And it's always very uncomfortable to see typos in cities that come through =/

And they're at it already! 2 orders processed!

And yes, Ipswich, Sussex, England is a real place.

curious... I'm assuming that's not an actual city ;-)

-goes to google-

Nope, it's an actual city.  I get why you might think it's not though.

A good way to kill the waiting time is to just randomly google all the weird little cities from your country you never knew existed

A few of them sound like good NPC names too.

I'm just really anxious to see AU start popping up on the tracker, because (Estimated) there's 800-ish from the KS records...which they can knock out in a day. I'm still hoping Thursday we see KS 4 hitting US.

I'm not 100% sure, but I seem to remember getting  a notice...but that was for US shipping.  Not sure about other countries.

Half an hour later and they are still on 2 orders processed.  Hope they aren't having any problems.

Never mind they are back at it

I believe that if you have an account with their online store that has the same email as your KS account then you will receive a notification.  I am not 100% sure about this but it seems like I have seen a few people say that is how it works.

I've been checking out the places that pop up on the tracker that I've never heard of on Google Earth and zooming down to the street view level to see what they're like. For instance, Porsgrunn, Norway looks like a rather pleasant place.

My work productivity is way down.

Strictly speaking, that's "Ipswich" (no 't'). It's in what used to be the Danelaw.

There's also an Ipswich in Massachusetts, a New Ipswich in New Hampshire, and an Ipswich near Brisbane, Australia. There might be more as well, but those are the ones I found easily.

There's also the one that isn't a palindrome for Bolton.
